Ive been going to Dr Raley for over 20 years. Hes always been very thorough and friendly. With the addition of his two nurse practitioners, the practice is even better! The drab office space has been redone and looks very fresh and inviting... a huge improvement! My husband loves seeing Aline for his medical issues. Hes quite the talker and Aline takes the time to answer his questions. Ive also been to see her and find her to be a very sharp medical professional. I havent had any issues with the front desk or nurses. Everyone seems to enjoy working with each other. Over my 20+ years going to this practice, my family has gotten ever better medical care with the addition of the PAs.

Scheduled a last minute appt with this office online, from a list of 12 or more available appt times on the day i requested. I received a confirmation email as well shortly after booking it. The next day i was notified an hour prior to the scheduled appt time that they were booked for the day and would be unable to see me until several days later. No explanation given as to why this mistake was made or to squeeze me in at some point that same day. If i had canceled my appt with an hours noticed, i would have been charged for that. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time. i would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

First time patient today 2/12/16. Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was in a good mood which makes Dr appointments less of a drag. Saw Aline the NP. Wow! Extremely nice, awesome bedside manner, professional and current on the newest medical treatments. That is what I look for when finding a new practitioner. The entire team was great. The staff has been very friendly every time Ive visited. Ive never felt rushed and have gotten thorough answers to all my questions. After telling my doctor I was on a high deductible plan she has worked with me to optimize my treatments and medications to take this into account. Expect appointments to start a few minutes late but not enough to cause serious issues.

When their PA moved to another practice I chose to move with her. This office tried to charge me $50 for my medical records. WHAAAAT?! Then I found out that they can only charge $25. But why are they charging me at all to send a freaking electronic file? Dont get mixed up with this practice. The staff is petty and not helpful.

Best and most competent family practice I have been to. Dr. Raley is terrific and thorough, as is his nurse practitioner.
