Horrible Dr and bad customer service! They acted like we were wasting their time/didnt have time for my daughter, even though she had an appointment(also heard him ask the girl at the front desk if this was his last apt). I noticed that Dr.Tran wasnt doing a thorough exam(seemed like he was rushing)so I tried explaining the eye issues that run in our family... He interrupted me and said "thats just all genetics. Appointment over. Thats all; Im done with you". THE ONLY THING HE CHECKED FOR WAS TO SEE IF HER PRESCRIPTION HAD CHANGED, AND THATS ONLY BECAUSE I TOLD HIM THAT WE BELIEVED IT WAS DIFFERENT NOW. He has a strong/thick oriental accent so its very difficult to understand him and WE HAD TO ASK THE GIRL AT THE FRONT TO DO HER JOB & VERIFY AMOUNTS INSURANCE WOULD PAY TOWARDS GLASSES/CONTACTS. She seemed bothered about it so we just got the prescription and took it to Walmart Vision where they were very helpful and happy to serve us. I will NEVER go back to Dr.Tran or that office!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS POSSIBLE. This place is horrible, worst customer service I have ever dealt with in the Crosby area, The girls that work the front desk are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. If you dont like your job then quit its that simple. We have had to take our glasses back 3 times and the prescriptions are wrong, even to the point we went to the place used last time glasses were needed to obtain the right prescription and brought it back to them because they swore the ones they were giving were correct. Hello if your glasses give you a headache to the point it makes you nauseated then its wrong, listen to what the patient is trying to tell you instead of getting an attitude about it. Also when a patient is trying to explain something to you, HOW DARE YOU cut them off and say "You need to listen to me I am talking now" We would have used the place that had done things right if our insurance still covered them.

Horrible customer service. Front desk lady was very unprofessional especially on the phone, and act like they dont want to be there. They answer the phone like its their personal phone. I had to call them to see if my glasses were done, and when I picked them up they didnt see if they could adjust them or anything they were just like here ok go away . The only good thing about this place is how fast the doctor does the eye exams. But bad experience overall.

The front desk workers seemed very unprofessional. I talked to them about the difference between contact brands and they seemed like I was wasting their time. Half the time I was talking to them they either didnt know the answers to my questions, or they didnt care enough to answer them. Once they figured out which contacts to get me, they wanted to give me some crazy amount of money. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I was calling to call to set an appointment for nearly an hour. We just decided to drive there instead. Walked into the phone ringing off the hook while the "receptionist" ignored us. She was on the phone with what seemed to be her insurance company. The phone continued to ring as she would look down at the phone and ignore the call. She was rude and we will never go here or recommend this place to anyone, ever.

How hard is it to update your website. Website says 7 pm we get to the office at 6:25 and the open sign is on. Walk up its all locked down. Was a great way to waste half a hour. Plus when I actually get to pick up my glasses they act like in screwing up the assistance day by doing so. DO NOT GO HERE!
