As a new patient I was pleased by this practice on my initial visit as I was given adequate time to speak with Dr. Anna-Her Lee about my health questions and concerns. My health history was carefully reviewed by both nurse and physician and diagnostic testing over-viewed. I was not pleased about having to pay for parking, although it was a minimal charge (mostly because I dont keep cash or checks on my person and was just lucky enough to have spare change to cover me). Some precautions: 1) I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, which may have improved the amount of time I had available, and 2) this is my first adult exam, so my expectations for care and service may be uninformed or artificially low having nothing to compare this experience to. That stated, I was very pleased and felt respected and that I could trust Dr. Lees professional opinion and can pose questions to her which will be answered in an educated and thoughtful manner.

I would love to give five stars but... Dont get me wrong, my doctor is awesome. She is real, she is caring, she is overall great, couldnt ask for better (Dr. Ighani). However, my problem lies with the prescriptions. I dont know if someone is just not doing their job in this particular field or what but I have had to call up and remind the practice to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy multiple times. It was not a problem at first, but then it happened more and more often. I changed pharmacies for more than one reason and still have the same problem. I have checked more than once within a couple weeks and they still said the request for the prescription had to be resent because there was no response (loosely quoted) and I was lucky to get fillers or whatever theyre called. That is my only problem, however. Other than that, keep being cool, Dr. I, we have no problems whatsoever.

I did my research and found Medical City Specialists I selected Dr. Ighani and thought I will have a great experience due to the high ratings. I explained to the nurse everything that I was going in for multiple things that Im concerned about with my health the nurse was very nice and attentive but when Dr Ighani came in she was in and out she didnt give me a chance to explain everything I was in for she said she was going to get blood work for me and didnt she only ask me a question and she said she will be back with my prescriptions I waited for her to come back but another nurse came in she only gave my my prescription and sent me home I asked Is that it? I needed to talk about more things she said she went and Talk to Dr. Ighani but still sent me home no blood work done no more answers to my questions very BAD EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO NO ONE very dissapointed.

I was treated by Dr. Zebaida for about a year for Hashimotos. I had multiple visits with Dr. Zebaida where I informed him that I felt my thyroid was under treated and was dismissed as being tired because I have a toddler (even though she sleeps all night since around 3 months old). I got fed up with not being taken seriously and referred myself to an endocrinologist. I found out that my thyroid was being under treated and requierd a scan because of enlargement (thankfully the scan was ok). MONTHS wasted feeling exhausted that could have been alleviated with a simple test and slight medication adjustment. Doctors shouldnt say they are able to treat a condition if they dont know how to do so properly. I cant trust him to be able to treat anything now so I am finding a new GP.

Ive been a patient here for a little over a year now. I found them online by searching for Internal Medicine doctors at Medical City. Dallas Medical Specialists was the first one that was found. I went to their website checked the doctors education and training and decided what doctor I wanted to choose. I chose Anna-Her Lee. Ive been to her quite a few times, mostly for ear infections and getting a physical. She is very friendly and down to earth. One of my favorite things about Dr. Lee is that she is very thorough with her questions to help make the diagnosis. She also takes the time to answer any questions and takes time to get to know her patients. When I first met Dr. Lee I felt that Ive known her for a long time. I felt and still feel very comfortable working with her.

The doctors here are great they really are, but the staff at that office do not answer their phone. For my last appointment I called for two days straight before I could get someone to answer the phone. The time before that was the same. I have to call for multiple days to get my prescriptions refilled as well. This time I called all day today and no one answered my call, I even spent 15 minutes on the line waiting twice. I think Dr. Stock is an excellent physician but if I cant get in to see her because of her office staff I will have to find new doctors. I hope this improves because I had a matter I really wanted to speak with her about but I had to go to a different doctor this time and last because I could not get through on the phone.

Whenever I go to a new doctor, the first thing I notice is the office staff and their demeanor. Dallas Medical Specialists office and nursing staff are fantastic, and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I felt welcomed and wanted from the moment that I stepped off the elevator. I was hesitant to try another doctor, but Dr. Stock was very pragmatic and explained her suggestions, but most importantly, she actually listened to my suggestions and complaints. Not many doctors are willing to truly listen to patient feedback, but Dr. Stock isnt one of them. I definitely recommend this office to anyone tired of doctors who dont listen or who are patronizing. This office isnt.

Ive only been going to Dallas Medical Specialists a short time, I am a patient of Dr. Anna-Her Lee, and I am happy with my choice. Dr. Lee really listens to us (my husband is also her patient). She takes the time to talk to us so we dont feel rushed and end up leaving and thinking of questions we meant to ask but didnt have time. Sometimes we do have to wait a little past our appointment time, but I understand that it is because she takes time with each patient and I can appreciate that because I know that when it is my turn Ill get the same consideration. Also, I really appreciate the coupon they give to help with parking. Its very considerate of them.

I haven’t been to a doctor in 20+ years… Yeah, I’m that guy. I recently hurt my ribs and after several months in pain my wife set up an appointment for me with Dr. Ighani. As my past will tell - I was reluctant to go. Dr. Ighani and her staff were very approachable and made my visit very comfortable. She even talked me into coming back just weeks later for an annual physical. Because of Dr. Ighani’s approach, I have been convinced to start taking care of my health. Dr. Ighani is the best, and after 20+ years – I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY DOCTOR!!!!
