I really like Diane!! She is great. Ive never had a waiting issue. The lobby is always empty when I arrive.multiple ppl will arrive at one time and everyone is called back withing 5 mins or less. Ive been going for six weeks now. The front staff is really busy but Ive always been treated with respect, smiles, a good customer service. Never have had a bruse. I dont believe in insurance so I can not speak on that. Your wasting your money if you buy into the Obama garbage insurance or any insurance. Its there for a reason to keep you sick. You are better off just taking micro nutrients and let your body heal itself! The B 12 shot are wonderful. I bought them on the Groupon and never have skipped a beat or treated any different. I personally feel if you are a nice person you will be treated nicely. We are all human...and no one has ever made it out alive...so treat ppl with kindness and you will be in turn treated the same for the most part. But this place is nice I like it. I dont have any problems after six weeks!! And still going ;)

BE AWARE, DO NOT USE!! Called to make the appointment, asked the person if they take insurance, they said "yes". I asked again (are you sure??) they said "of course". Followed instructions and did not have any breakfast, arrived 5 minutes before appointment (Doctor was not even there yet). After waiting for almost 45 minutes they take me in, sit me on a machine after it does what it did a nurse takes me into a room. They tell me I need to get on to an excersice program (mind you, Ive been working out for over 20 years and just aced my physical). I asked to have my Testosterone checked and they said it was not covered by insurance (I mentioned about the ft desk person telling me otherwise). The nurse said they dont know what they are doing!!!! long story short, the doctor never came into the exam room, they never checked my Test or perform any other tests. You will be waisting your time and $$.

I used this place for a over a year for bioidentical hormones and for hcg diet. I lost a lot of weight, and the testosterone worked, but I found the people there, especially the front desk staff, to be rude, incompetent and uncaring. Whenever I was there for more than just getting my shots, the wait was very long, usually 40 minutes or more. A couple times, they didnt even know I had an appointment. When I would confront them about it, they said that its "normal" in any office to wait and be treated poorly. After the 4th time this happened, I stopped going. Im still losing weight, and getting testosterone from someone else that doesnt leave a bruise of make me wait. I have a new "normal".

Ive been going to the Dallas location for 6mos. for the b-12 shots to help with my stress levels and reduce cortisol. Ive slept better and lost weight as a bonus. The body composition scan help me realize that the number on the scale didnt reflect my actual health - muscle weighs more than fat! The people on the staff are friendly - love Jenny! Im very happy with my experience.
