I arrived at QuestCare today around 3:50, filled in necessary paperwork, etc. There was one patient ahead of me so I was in the waiting room for approx. 10-15 minutes. During that time, I received an important business call. While on the call, the nurse came to take me back. I followed her back and was trying to wrap up the call but had to cover a couple other items. We are in the midst of closing on a house and the final negotiations for inspection items were dead lined for today. The nurse stepped out of the room. My call took a couple more minutes and as soon as I was off I opened the door looking for her. The work associate behind the desk watched me as I looked around a couple times and then I said to her, "Im sorry, I think she needed to talk to me. She didnt say anything and there was still no sign of her. I said, "Did she need to go over some things with me?" The arrogant associate smirked at me and said, "Yes...thats why she called you back to the room." I said, "Im sorry I was on an important business call and couldnt get off right away. If you could let her know I can answer questions now thatd be great." She just kept smirking at me until I shut the door. I sat there a second and then thought...what am I doing? These places are everywhere. I sit out there waiting patiently for 10-15 minutes, get a business call in the interim and get treated like that because I cant jump right off when they can finally come and get me in the lobby?!? Bear in mind, there were no other customers when I was taken back to a room and only one when I left so its not like they were swamped and I was bottle necking the whole process by needing a couple minutes to wrap up a call. Nor had I interrupted the nurses time with me by taking the call after our conversation had started. I would not recommend this location. It was very clear how upset I was because of the associates attitude. No follow up call was made, nothing. They just lost 4 customers and everyone else I can let know how unprofessional they are. They clearly dont care about customer service.

Never, ever, ever again. This is the second time that the female doctor, Dr. Farley was incredibly rude, disrespectful and condescending during our visit. The first was about 6 months ago and the latest, and LAST time we will ever go to this QuestCare was TODAY. Her bedside manner is horrendous and in my opinion offensive. I thought the first time, maybe she was having a bad day. But the second time, no excuse. I believe this is the culture this QuestCare clinic under Dr. Farleys leadership breeds because her technician displayed the same unprofessionalism, condescending and uncaring attitude towards my son and I (even after she was unable to get his blood drawn successfully). There was no interest in fully explaining the potential healthcare complications surrounding his illness nor a genuine interest in treating him --by Dr. Farley or her technician. We asked for water, there was no acknowledgment just a dismissive handoff. Her inability to draw his blood was blamed on "him being dehydrated" with no interest in reassuring him theyd "get it this time" before they attempted the other arm of a patient who clearly has a fear of needles. I could go on and on about the insulting comments and innuendos that Dr. Farley made both indirectly and directly to me and my son but thats not whats important. What is important is that with probably no less than 10 emergency care units within a 3 mile radius of this clinic Im reminded that we have a choice when it comes to healthcare and that nobody deserves to be mistreated. I have never experienced the bedside manner of a doctor like this or a staff member and am beyond disappointed.

Ive been there twice for conjunctivitis. The first time was fast, efficient, with only a couple minutes waiting time. The MD was pleasant and quickly diagnosed the problem and called in a script. I was pleased with the experience. I received a bill and paid it. A few months later, I went there with the exact same issue, same symptoms, everything. Got in fast and saw a different MD, younger. She wasted my time by having me read any eye chart, a completely superfluous exercise. She called in a script. I got a bill with a higher charge. Instead of coding for a simple office visit, she coded for a visit that supposedly involved "complex decision making" and "detailed history." That is a joke; there was no complex decision making and certainly no detailed history. This is typical case of upcoding which is a way some MDs use to increase their payments. I called the billing service four times to get this looked into and they were useless; assured me every time they would look into it and get back to me. Never happened. When Id call back, they would not be able to explain what happened with the previous call. I finally paid this excessive bill, but that younger MD is not a trustworthy person and I would not see her again.

What a breath of fresh air QuestCare Urgent Care is! At last, a medical office that is open in the evenings and on weekends for those of us who work! They accept walk-ins, so you dont even need an appointment. Although, when I went I did make one because I wanted to be seen at a specific time. And guess what? I didnt have to wait 2 hours past my allotted time to be seen! I saw a doctor (not a Nurse Practitioner) within 15 minutes of my scheduled time and I was in and out in under an hour. I needed a physical for my son for summer camp and it was only $30. They are friendly, affordable, convenient and an answer to my prayers. WELCOME TO PARK CITIES!

Nice facility, and a very short wait time. The receptionist was very unfriendly, but the doctor and nurses made up for that (they were very nice). I went in thinking I had strep however they ran a flu test, plus strep test on me..which I tested negative on both. She also did another test that required be sent to the lab for results..which also came back negative. I felt like they kept running tests to rack up charges...Overall I left with a prescription for a z-pac and a $200 medical bill for a 15 minutes appt that didnt even help me get better. Definitely will go somewhere else next time and will be more aware of where I go in the future.

I took my son (Bryce) into QuestCare yesterday for them to have a look at a rash that had developed on his arm. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was able to book my appointment on line. We met with Dr. Donna Vasquez, and we loved her personality. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made Bryce feel comfortable about her diagnosis and what her recommendations were. We have visited QuestCare before, and our experiences have always been positive ones. It is a great place to go if you are in need of medical attention during evening/weekend hours. We will definitely be back when the need arises! Sheri K.
