I was referred to this dental office from 1-800 Dentist and before I committed to anything I saw they had 5 stars. My visit today definitely qualifies why they have a such a high rating. Prior to me coming into the office I was able to schedule an appointment literally the next day. I came in for a check up knowing I was going to need extensive work on a failed filling. My specialist was Brandy (a true sweetheart) who took x-rays and explained what steps were necessary to rectify my situation. We explored all options and Im satisfied with the route we are going. I also got a deep cleaning and they provided me with tools and steps to keep my teeth shining bright. I told her a lot of my concerns regarding having work done and she was able to explain what happened and what I need to do on my part to ensure I never go down this road again. Between the tech Brandy, Dr. Nunez, hygienist and the laughing gas I was very relaxed through the the entire ordeal. Dr. Jivnany himself also came in and introduced himself and complimented his staff. I definitely would recommend this center for any work that you need. I do look forward to my next follow up visit next week

Dr. Jivnani took over my retired dentists patients last year. I hoped I would like him and his office because I had been with my former dentist for 30+ years. His Richardson office is only 22 minutes away so that was a good starting point. From the first one, all my visits have been awesome. Every staff member Ive encountered has been so friendly and helpful. Water and snacks in the waiting room and a big screen TV was great, too. The first time I met Dr. Jivnani, I was very happy to see how comforting and gentle he was. Hes told me several times since that he treats his patients as if we were members of his own family, and I firmly believe that. Hes really wonderful at calming me down when I encounter one of my dentist phobias caused by a bad childhood dentist. Also his prices are very reasonable, which is great since I am now also retired. His office staff keeps me posted on when Im about to use up my dental insurance maximum, which further saves me money! Dr. Jivnani is only the 4th dentist I have seen in my 62 years - I hope hes my last dentist, I feel that confident. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bobby Jivnani is a must see for anyone with serious dental issues or all your routine dental needs. My previous dentist was great but unable to really help me the way Dr. Jivnani has. I appreciate him for his patience and the beautiful smile Im wearing today. It is so important to maintain good dental health and I know that the Bobby Jivnani crew is helping me do that!!! I am confident that all the work at Bobby Jivnani DDS is keeping me healthy and strong. You can expect a hassle free experience with flexibility in scheduling appointments and a friendly and professional staff. His staff is top notch, coordinated, equipped and caring from first phone call to paying the bill. Its a very sophisticated and technically well-equipped place. His office has a warm, comfortable, family atmosphere. I actually look forward to my dental visits now because I know I will be well taken care of. I say to anyone looking for high quality people and results go to DR Jivnani Dental and see for yourself. I am very happy with this place and I recommend it to all my friends who are searching for a good Dentist.

This is the dentist office you need to go to if you have teeth-trauma!!!!! He and his staff have the gentlest hands and know how to help patients who have had insensitive dentists in the past. I have been a patient at Dr Jivnani since 2011 with several major dental issues (everything from root canals with complications to bridges & crowns)and never want to have to find another dentist.The team here are absolute experts at making shots as painless as possible, providing music, jaw massages, and generally keeping any discomfort to an absolute minimum. They also take the time, effort, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is really perfect. Case in point- to make sure my crown really sits 100 percent correctly, Dr. Jivnani has just sent someone to the lab to have the crown adjusted 10 mm while I wait, so I wont have problems with it in a few years. Scheduling is flexible, they are FANTASTIC with kids, great at managing complicated insurance companies, and clearly have the patients best interest st heart. Great with invisiline and wisdom teeth extraction, too. Most highly recommended.

I have never really had a set dentist because Ive only had mediocre experiences, so I never felt particularly attached. But I was seriously impressed at the speed, competence, and friendliness of the entire staff here. They used my preferred name the entire time, despite the system displaying my birth name, which is really important for me. I hadnt gone in some time, so I had some work that needed to be done urgently, and they were able to get it done that day, with very little wait time. I needed to explain billing to my mother in Spanish, but I didnt know how to translate, and one of the hygeniests stepped in gladly and was able to get that sorted, which I was extremely greatful for. Dr. Jivnani was fantastic, and so was the orthodontist (I think? He does the actual crown surgery). I have a fear of needles but he kept reassuring me in a very soft, Bob Rosslike voice. I think I saw four or five people and all of them were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We found Dr. Jivnani when my husband thought he could power through his dental emergency and made it until Saturday, when our previous dentist was closed. We called around dentists close to where we live until we found one that could see him, and that happened to be Dr. Jivnani. My husband liked him so much he persuaded me to go see him myself. Afterwards, I definitely understood my husbands opinion. I have had several dentists in my life, all perfectly proficient. However, Dr. Jivnanis staff is excellent. I have never had a hygienist (hoping thats the right sp) do, what seemed to me at least, like such a thorough job (my husband has a different hygienist but says the same). On top of that, everyone is genuinely personable and friendly, or at least it feels that way, including Dr. Jivnani himself. I have never not minded having to go to the dentist as much lol. I really cant ask for anything more from a dentist.

I have seen Dr. Jivnani numerous times in past few years. Every single time I have had a great experience. He is very friendly and has the best staff. As far as I remember no one has left from his staff since I have started seeing him. To me this means they enjoy working here. Today I went in for a crown replacement. I was really worried that it was going to hurt as the old crown had to be removed first. To my surprise I did not feel anything. Dr. Jivnani was very quick. Getting appointments at your convenient time is very hard these days with most doctors but not Dr. Jivnani. And I have never had any issue if I needed to reschedule my appointment, even on the day of the appointment. They will remind by phone as well as a text message. I have seen at least seven dentists in my life. Dr. Jivnani is the best. I am glad my friend referred me to him. Dr. Jivnani and his staff rock.
