Waited over one hour to be asked for my referal! Overall an eye check up took us over 4 hours! I should have known something wasnt right when I arrived and a couple with a crying baby was walking out yelling about the facilitys incompetence. I will NEVER go back. If you value your time, dont go, clearly they do not.

Noticed they DONT sanitize equipment. Very concern with eye infections. Doctor made a mistake on my husbands laser eye surgery. Admitted his mistake then LATER denied it. He lost his vision in eye and would NOT RECOMMEND any one to come this office.

Wait time is horrible. People have to be standing waiting for a seat. Today was the third time Ive been here and the last. Every time its taken me between 2-over 3 hours to get out. Its so frustrating especially for the kids.

5hrs in this office!!.... Front desk very rude didnt want to verify my insurance I had to do it my self,assistant inside very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait in line to get my prescription....horrible service
