I was excited to finally find a good Doctor. Dr. McDaniel was great but my beef is with his office staff! I have been on certain medication for 10 years and its not one you can just stop. I was told I must come in for a refill which was fine BUT they had no available appointments before my medication ran out! I scheduled appointment, asked for the nurse to call in just enough meds to take me until my appointment. I never got a call back, I was so sick from not having my meds so I can continued to call and request the nurse to call which she never did! Finally, after a ruined holiday weekend of me being deathly ill, a receptionist called and casually said they would not refill my meds! I furious and disgusted and will now be looking for a new doctor not because of the doctor but because of the staff! Two thumbs down!

My husband has been a patient of Dr McDaniel for several years and is very distressed hes not there. Best doctor we ever went to! His Assistant Alex also was very first class. They were an amazing team! BSW is the worst company. They took over and completely changed the staff and all went to hell. We are hoping to find where Dr McDaniel went one day again soon. Would drive most any distance... Thank you Dr McDaniel for taking such great care of my grouchy old man! He adores you.

Dr. McDaniel is a kind, compassionate, caring provider. He listens carefully (Im not the easiest patient), he is open to suggestions, he carefully considers your case before developing a plan of treatment. Hes cheerful and responsive. Very, very knowledgeable and amazingly smart guy. Dont underestimate him. Be prepared because if youre a guy hell call you "bud" and he means it. I love Dr. McDaniels work. He has an incredible medical assistant as well. I highly recommend him.

Ive gone to Dr. McDaniel for about two years. He is very patient-centered. He listens carefully, then offers a plan of action. He is always pleasant, cheerful and has great manners. I have sent several of my friends to him and they all are very pleased with him and have become his patients. I am very disappointed with BSW.

Never calls in prescriptions like they said they will if they do they always forget something, never sent copies of tests like they were suppose to. Had to constantly call to remind them for referrals to specialists. Dr. Doesnt seem to have a clue about treatments. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Love Dr. McDaniel--some of his office staff not so much. He doesnt hire them, Baylor Scott & White does. I hope he joins another practice soon, as I hate to lose him as my doc, now that he wont be a part of that office (BSW is shutting it down).
