Would not recommend the physical therapy office. It took multiple calls during their normal listed business hours to reach someone and setup an appointment (message I left was not responded to). Scheduled a 6pm appointment and was told the location was at their Richardson main office. Arrived at the location 1120 W. Campbell Road, Suite 109 as listed on their website at my appointment time and the door was locked. I then looked around the building area for another PT location and didnt see anything nearby or listed on their website. Called and left a message on their voicemail again while leaving. I wasted over an hour of my time driving to/from this location in traffic. I received a call this morning and was told I went to the wrong location. I asked why their website had the wrong address, and the person told me she didnt know what their website said and had never seen the website. Really? The website clearly lists the office location I went to and has doctor and physical therapy hours below. The Plano Doctor office address and hours are also posted, but no where is another location for physical therapy. Poor customer service and rude staff who are unable to communicate.

This was a bad experience. My emergency room doctor referred me to Dr. Mehta for a broken ankle. Setting the appointment was a pain and took several phone calls. Dr. Mehta seemed fairly professional but not very caring. He gave me no advice for how to get around, even though he told me I couldnt put any weight on my ankle for six weeks. When I called the office a few days later because I had developed fracture blisters, the nurse told me that unless I could come in to the office that day (I am unable to drive and have to get someone to take me), no doctors would be in the office for another week. How do both doctors leave the practice at the same time for a whole week and not have someone to cover for them? Later in the week, my leg and foot began to swell tremendously and turn red. I called the office again and asked if they were referring patients to another doctor. They gave me the names of two doctors but didnt have any information about either of them, including where their offices are located. I ended up having to find another practice to go to on my own. I will be canceling my follow up appointment with Dr. Mehta. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

My daughter broke her arm. The first doc that saw her in this office casted her incorrectly and essentially wasted weeks of potentially healing time. I was told it was a "difference in philosophys" . Weeks later, made another follow-up apointment & provided new insurance info over the phone. Was never input or run prior to our appointment. Then, after taking a half day off work & taking her out of school for the day, was told we had a $300 balance. Of course, they never mentioned it while making appointment. I was unprepared at the appointment to pay it. Mind you, it was $300 that I owed because first doc had no idea what he was doing & delayed the healing process. Apple doesnt fall far from the tree because office staff doesnt either.

Would give Comprehensive Orthopaedics and Dr. Mehta a "ZERO STAR" if I could. Scheduled appt for 9 AM. Arrived at 8:45 AM to fill out paperwork (which is not available online to complete in advance). Front-office was completely unorganized. After filling out 3 separate paperwork requests was finally shown to an evaluation room at 10:30am ( 1:30min wait). Brought along prior medical records/x-rays so that Dr. Mehta would have a "comprehensive" understanding of conditions/progression. What a joke. Spent a total of 10 mins with poor "bedside manners" and arrogant. Assembly line feeling with limited dr/patient interaction. Waste of time and $. Move-on.

I was only referred through my primary physician, which is the only reason I came. I waited an hour and a half to be seen for my wrist and once I was, Dr. Mehta was as the other review stated, not very caring. His time in the room was a maximum of 10 minutes and he was not clear on what exactly could be the cause of my problem. He then left to order some nerve test and I was left confused without answers. As another reviewer said, he really does move through patients like an assembly line. Wont be going back for a follow up and wished I would have left before I was seen. I only stayed because the receptionist bragged on what a "good doctor" he was.

I was nervous about going here after reading the reviews. We have been seeing Dr. Patel for about 6 weeks due to a foot and ankle injury in my family, and have been very pleased. The staff is helpful, we get in and out quickly, and Dr. Patel has been a joy. He is throrough, friendly and makes us laugh. (They also have cookies sometimes - bonus :-)).

Great overall experience from the appointment phone call to the checkout desk. Very courteous and caring staff. Dr. Mehta took time to explain things. He is very knowledgable but still easy to understand.
