I see the doctor and my husband sees the PA. The doctor is good. The receptionists are horrible. They need to be FIRED. On our last visit, there were two receptionists literally arguing with one another. Dr. Albert.... Please look for better front desk staff. UPDATE: Do not see the PA. She told my hubby she would refill his much needed prescriptions for 90 days. She didnt tell him he needed to return in 3 weeks so he didnt make his next appointment. 60 days later and she denied his medication because he didnt come in.... Um... HELLO? How would he know he needed to come back? He didnt even switch meds so it wasnt like he was trying something new! Ive been to plenty of doctors who will let front desk know you need to schedule next appointment. Im scheduled for ALL my OBGYN appointments in advance so theres no reason she could not set this up for a hypertensive patient! We found somewhere else. I knew she wasnt good because she just wants to keep my husband on pills! She even told him not to exercise then complained when he gained some weight. Stupid! Update 8/11/17: We switched doctors and my husband found that he does NOT even have hypertension. He has Hyperaldosteronism. And she missed it for this long! Thats what has been making his blood pressure high. Im so glad we dont see this PA (Ms. Story) anymore.

Dr.Albert has been my sons doctor for the past 3 years. He is a real FAMILY doctor. He works well with my eldest allergy flare ups, and is not afraid to voice his opinion on other treatments prescribed to him by his pulmonologist. He loves seeing his little patients come back, and has even worked with administering my sons monthly shots. We havent seen him in a long while, but winter is coming soon - you know. One of the best docs round town!

I have 5 children, one is down syndrome, and myself who see Dr. Albert. Honestly,from my heart, he is the best Dr. I have ever met in whole time as a mother! My children are 17,18,19,20, and 21. I am 40.....Dr. Albert takes the time to explain what the problem is, he listens to what you have to say, and his staff make you feel at home. If I have a choice I will never see another doctor.......HE IS THE BEST!

Dr. Albert has been in his profession for quite some time. He is very professional and listens to what concerns you may have. He does not act as if he has all the answers. If he does not know he will refer you to someone who does. He has been my doctor for quite sometime. Let me tell you, he will not prescribe meds you do not need. That is a plus all by itself!!

Facility: Old furniture and equipment. The place could use some remodeling. Staff: None of the staff wore scrubs. Instead, they all wore jeans and a tee-shirt or polo. That may show for how professional they are. Doctor: He is an elderly physician, I got the impression that he was very old fashion and didnt keep up with new standards in medicine.

Me, my mother, and my son have been patients of Dr. Albert for 5 years. He is very thorough, patient, and kind. His staff is amazing. Cynthia, the office Manager is awesome. She is very smart and efficient. I see a RNP Megan Weis at this practice. She is so smart and really listens to you. All in all this a great practice filled with amazing people!

Great location, competent facility, phenomenal staff, have been coming here for about 6 years and honestly Dr. Albert and Dr. Shandolyn have the best bed side manner of any doctor i have been too, everyone there always makes my son feel safe and happy as well. A+ Crew over there!

Worst experience ever! The nurses were not trained at all. They have no idea what to do. Mistakes happened all the time. If you wanna get your result accurate and on time, do not come here!
