Front office staff is beyond terrible. They are the most rude and unprofessional staff we have ever endured and will not go back. Another issue is the fact that both my wife and I had blood work done and never received results. My wife had her appointment in late January and after calling 3 times requesting her lab results, was finally told by someone who answered the phone (NOT a nurse or doctor mind you) that her pap results came back slightly abnormal. This was after 3 times of calling, being told results would be sent to her and receiving nothing. She left a message for the doctor on the 3rd call and never received a call back. So about 2 months later (after waiting on hold for 20 minutes), she finds out her pap was slightly abnormal. We have no idea what "slightly" means since the informer is not medical personnel. Kind of hard to ask questions for clarification in that instance. Needless to say she is scheduling a follow up with a more competent office. Right now Im trying to decide whether I will consult an attorney, report this office to the Texas Board of Medical Examiners, report to the Better Business Bureau or all three. My own appointment was over a month ago and I have not received results of my lab work either. Id find a different office if you want to be treated like a human that matters. UPDATE: Also, after requesting that the doc call us back THREE times, we have never received any callback whatsoever. I reported them to the Texas Medical Board this morning (told them I would if I didnt hear back from the doctor by yesterday, so they obviously do not care and/or think Im not a person of my word) and should anything come back abnormal after my wife gets a follow up by a different doctor, I WILL be speaking with an attorney to discuss filing a malpractice suit. Unfortunately I found out that previous complaints with the board are not public however, they advised me that you can check with the county clerks office. Id highly recommend that you do so.

The worst experience of my life. I would not recomend at all. I went there somtime in mid june of this year because I had bad headaches, and my right ear wasnt hearing well either and Dr.Terry told me that i had allergies and I had to take bunch of pills and steroids for a week, which they did not help at all, except filling nauseated and worse than I had felt already. I went in a week later to do my physical check and tell Dr.Terry that nothing was changed, she checked me again and said nothing is wrong with me and my ears are fine as well, anyway I did my phisycal check and got my resualts back little over 2 weeks later, because it was close to july ,4th and the whole office was shut down, because Dr.Amiee and the crew had gone to Italy for vacation. When DOCTOR TERRY was back from her trip, she told me that I had hepatitis B, and they had to do another blood check on me, so here I am dying and thinking the world has come to end. a little over a week I called them to see If my resaults were back, and they said no and they called me couple days later and said I had to do another blood test becuase the blood was defrosted on its way from houston, and I CAN NOT talk to my doctor even on the phone, unless I want to pay the copay, anyhow, I had a month full of stress, after 3 blood tests, and finally I had to call and scream to find out about my resualts, which It was negetive and I was fine. The Rceptionist is so rude, and keeps telling you, that you can not talk or see doctor unless you pay the copay. I guess there are no more doctors that want to help people, Its just business and taking peoples money. I wish I could do a lawsuit on those guys. They took 10 years of my life with that stressfull month. one more thing is now I keep getting bills from lab to pay them, for their mistakes.

Your front office manager is the most unprofessional disgusting person I have ever encountered. I was given incorrect benefits information and told her that the information was not correct. She argued with me and told me the wrong benefits again. Instead of her making an effort to call the insurance company she slammed a paper on the desk demanding I pay the incorrect benefit. I then called and verified my benefits and told her again they were incorrect. She then argued with me until I insisted she call something that she should have done already. She also asked me the patient to explain why my insurance carrier had something different on the website??? WHAT!!! I dont manage that website possibly you cant read or interpret benefits. She then wasted my time by arguing with the insurance agent about the website when she should be apologizing and taking care of the patient. I told her about her rude attitude, and she pretended she had no idea. I asked to speak with a manager, and she said with a smug attitude she was her manager. I was beyond livid and tossed the receipt at her as I could no longer take the rude and indignant attitude. Not proud but I lost my cool I will never go to this office again nor do I recommend anyone else being treated in this manner by a simple-minded ignorant so called office manager. Dr. Wright is great and her nurse was wonderful but the front office staff is not a match for this physician or her professionalism. I would suggest you find an office manager who can represent you better with patients.

Once you have the doctor or nurse practitioner in the room with you, theyre great while theyre in the room. However, the staff is TERRIBLE. Let me count the stupid things theyve done: (1) They forced my husband to pay a copay, even though our insurance plan didnt require it, and wont refund it - they simply credited his account (which is lost money, cause hes never going back). (2) when they drew his blood, they went through his vein, causing horrific and painful bruising that took 3 weeks to go away. (3) It was like pulling teeth to get documentation I needed from them for my company insurance policy, and after two weeks of requesting they send a simple email by my company deadline, they sent it late, causing me to lose my $50/month credit on my insurance premium for the entire year. (4) Even when Im the first appointment of the day I ALWAYS end up waiting almost an hour or more. (5) Ive scheduled appointments, making it VERY clear what Im coming in for, only to get there, wait an hour, and then be told "oh, we dont do that here." (6) EVERY time I get a physical, they never send me the results because theyre "waiting on the results of the well woman exam," when I did not have that done. (7) When I finally did get my physical "results" this year, they told me everything was normal, even though two of my numbers were right on the line, and those issues needed to be addressed. Luckily I took the initiative to retrieve the actual report from Lab Corp and figured it out myself. Theyre a mess. Seriously not worth it.

My first visit to Dr. Wright was in May 2011. I had an ear ache. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. I was kept in the waiting room for over an hour. When I was finally taken back Dr. Wright came in looked at my ear and said nothing was wrong. We had a lengthy conversation that lasted maybe 15 minutes. I later received a bill for "after hours" charges because I saw the doctor after 5pm (again, I was left in the waiting room for over an hour). I spoke to the office manager and billing department and was told I would not have to pay the fee. A month later I received another bill (this time with a late fee) and now I was told that because the doctor was in my room more than 30 minutes (again, not the case) that I would have to pay the fee. It is not November 2012 and I am still having the same argument with the billing department and the office manger being told that this is taken care of but I keep getting bills. I would not go here again for that fact alone. The office team and the billing team need to communicate better so that they wouldnt loose patients over this.
