I have been taking medication for anxiety for 3 yrs and yes it Helps, but most publications say best results were with medication And therapy. So after poor results from medication, I decided to add Therapy. The doctor goes through a checklist of symptoms and problems. After 5 sessions, she came to conclusion that I, as many people, I suffer from Anxiety, but she noticed I always carried can of cola. She ask Me to cut down on caffine. Well I cut it out completely. Turns out There is such a thing as caffine intoxication. Who knew. The first 3 days were tough, but caffine was causing my anxiety to be Much worse. Thanks DR C,,,you made my life a lot better.

Dr. Chauhan seems to lack knowledge about important psychological factors like emotional support animals, sexual orientation, and relationship structures that are not monogamous. She often allows personal feelings affect her treatment and how she responds to patients. Her view on mental disabilities being as cut and dry a physical disabilities is also very concerning. I personally felt very uncomfortable and judged for the things I said and did during therapy sessions. I was not satisfied with my care and I will not be returning.

Dr Chauhan has been a godsend to me she was the first physician to accurately diagnose my bipolar disorder. Before I found her my life was a mess. In my opinion I probably would not be alive today if were not for our incredible hour long sessions. We have been together for several years and I not only see her as an incredibly talented mental health care professional but shes my friend. Thanks to her I am able to control this disorder and Im a lot happier. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Chauhan is very knowledgeable, compassionate and nonjudgmental. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years now. She has helped me through the most devastating time of my life as well as my day-to-day struggles. She pays attention to what I say and helps me understand my feelings and actions, all this with a tremendous amount of caring. I dont know where Id be without her guidance and help. Dr. Chauhan has made a huge difference in our sons life. She has literally been a life saver. Her expertise with bipolar issues as well as other life issues has been an absolute blessing to our family as a whole and for our son. We couldnt praise her enough for what she has done to bring our son a new outlook on life.
