Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The office staff was efficient and asked multiple questions to get us lined up with the available therapist that matched our needs. Scheduling day appointments is difficult, they are booked for months in advance. However, my first appointment (parent meeting prior to them meeting with my daughter) was scheduled for the same day. I guess I lucked up there, but my daughter has to wait a week to go. I was a little lost when I first arrived. Check-in is in one suite and the therapists are spread throughout offices off of the lobby. I originally went into the first suite I saw and it was labeled "CCA North Texas" but it was the wrong door. I immediately spotted check-in when I left there. A nice sign at the doorway/walk way would be helpful for new patients. The therapist was super sweet and listened well... she responded with some great points. I look forward to my daughter getting started with her sessions to see positive progress. Update: My daughter did not care for the atmosphere and really didnt connect with the therapist. We ended up at another practice. If you are looking for a larger practice I do recommend them, however it seems as though she is most comfortable within a small personal setting.

Granted I only saw one counselor, one time. They do have an online-accessible application of sorts. They ask some particularly invasive questions without asking obvious ones. I waited over a week to see an individual recommended by a friend (both she and I are professionals and know a little something about this process). The counselor was 10 minutes late, her cell phone went off twice during the session (to her credit she didnt answer it, to her detriment, she didnt turn it off after the first ring). She asked yes and no questions, or short answer questions, none of which had anything to do with how I was feeling, what I needed, or what had brought me to therapy. About half way through, I started giving fuller answers. She yawned. I was pretty miserable to begin with, after this session I had intrusive thoughts of suicide for several days. A less person than I would have wound up in a hospital. I dont think this bunch has it together. Maybe they will be OK for you, but I found them lacking. Even the front desk was isolated and cold, almost mean in their interactions with me.

Fantastic!!!.....Dr. Hales and her colleagues are all professional, loving, and compassionate individuals who are there to assist and guide people through their respective life paths, without judgement or proscription. I have experienced personal therapy, attended a support group, and gone to retreats at Haless lodge in Oklahoma. I cannot say enough good things about all these opportunities I have been through. I look forward to doing more things in the future. Families, couples, kids, and individual adults can all be helped here. Make an appointment. You and your spirit, heart, and mind will be glad you did.

Charlotte has helped my son in many ways since starting to see her. I have already spread the word to a few of my other friends who have asked where I have gotten help for him. I enjoy the office staff, we rarely ever wait for our appointments and every one is kind and knowledable. My only critique would be redoing/cleaning the restrooms better and giving the staff a lounge type area for heating their food(some of it is fairly pungent) and enjoying their meals.

Wonderful experience. Been helped by Suzanne Hales more than words can express. I dealt with recovery of a tough childhood with a mentally challenged sibling and a difficult 15-year marriage. Suzy guided me to a true sense of self worth. Her integrity, skill and kindness are a true gift. As a private teacher I have the same cancelation policy as this office does which I find honorable and reasonable. I respect her time as she does mine.

Front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and loud. They claim that the late cancel fee is the therapists policy. But my therapist said it is the policy of Susie Hales the owner. My therapist says he has no say over the fee. This place is like Swamp People! its backward and odd, at least the office staff is. My therapist was superior! He left as most therapist do because of the behavior of the owner and her staff.

I had met with Ms. Julia Collins once. She was fantastic. I suffer with anxiety and depression. She listened to me ramble about my life and struggles I have been through. She seemed as if she really understood me. I felt safe and comfortable with Ms. Collins. She had taught me how to better my self esteem and small ways I can overcome my anxiety. I will definitely be back!

I have been visitng with different therapists /counselors multiple times a week for the last 6 months. I am about therapied out but per my recovery it is recommended for a year. Meeting Kelly Ayala was a breath of fresh air. She is not only very pleasant and experienced but knew how to create a plan specific for me and where I am in life.

My husband and I have been seeing Suzanne for a year and a half. We tried several other counselors without success. We were two days away from being officially divorced when we found Suzanne. She focuses on the individual and through that method the marriage comes together. I feel like I can tell her anything without judgement or shame.

The girls at the front desk are amazing, they make you feel calm and explain the entire process to you. My therapist is amazing she is very active in her session, she asks the right questions, she listens but most of all she is present shes not just writing in a notebook while youre talking.

Rebecca, or Becca was TERRIBLE ! She had no clue what she was talking about and didnt seem experienced or professional at all. Definitely the WORST counselor and counseling session I have been to. She was very very rude and I will not be coming back nor referring anyone to her.

Due to scheduling purposes, we have seen several counselors at CCA and I couldnt be happier with the care that my kids have received here. Scheduling can be difficult so be sure to plan ahead and schedule early. I have seen real progress in the time that we have been here.

Amalia is intelligent, kind, and very competent. In a field where so often you do not find a counselor with all three attributes I am happy I have found CCA.

My counselor has been very helpful to my son so far. He is easy to talk and has come up with great solutions for us to regain our relationship back.
