Dr. Linh Nguyen is a great and compassionate doctor. He cares for his patients, unfortunately I feel like his whole staff is under his wifes control, Dr. Thuy Nguyen. The billing practice here is unethical. They will get as much blood as possible from you to bill as many labs as possible to get as much reimbursement from insurance. If the insurance doesnt covered it, they will send you the bill and force you to pay for it. My family has been with this clinic for a long time but it has been going down hill with the billing practice. We got so many bills from labs that we dont need. My parents and older brother dont understand English so they were forced to sign for labs they dont need and dont understand then we get all the bills for it. Dr. Thuy Nguyen wont give refills even if youre on the same medications for years. She forces you to make a clinic visit so she can bill for it and obtain more random labs to bill for. If you have insurance, look for other doctors in your area.

Im been with this Doctor more then 13 years, this place Doctor great, but 90% staff, Manager to office staff is terrible the don;t treat peoples right and they alway mess up the bills and schedule. I WONDER why they still have the job there. time to hup see other Doctor.

Doctors are still young but very passively. They work like some one over 80 years old. Time will kill you while you are sick, so they will kill you indirect way.
