I made an appointment for a physical and received an appointment within a few days. During the appointment I asked about doing the physical and she told me I had to come back for that. I inquired about the visit payments. I was informed most insurances cover the “physical” and will pay for that. I was also informed that I had to pay to come back in for the results. This doctor is charging me for 3 visits to do a routine physical. They said your insurance should cover the actual physical. So basically she plans on charging me for 2 visits and Cigna for 1 visit all just to get a physical. I canceled the appointment and have called Cigna for another list of network physicians that are internal medicine. This practice of charging 3 visits for a physical should be illegal. I am still out $112 for a doctor visit and no physical. Thief!!!

My wife needed a new family care doctor and Dr Sanghavi office took my wife in the same day! My wife says she is compassionate, kind and it looks like my wife has a new doctor. What a great place, the staff is awesome and they make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this doctor!!! Thank you!
