Billing does unethical and illegal practices by sending off labs or services out of network without telling you. Reported a $30.00 balance to my credit report and now wants to go back and bill me full price for services in the past since he lost his contract with Aetna all the while not telling me he no longer takes it. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

If I would have followed Dr Troxlers advice I would have probably developed liver disease or cancer. He completely missed my diagnosis even though he had the test results. I knew what he was telling me was incorrect so I self referred to another doctor who is currently treating me. In addition to being a poor diagnostician Troxler was rude and uncaring.

Been coming here for a while now. The whole staff have been great. They answer all my questions and work with me on my crazy schedule. Dr. Troxler has always taken time to explain things to me and he cares about my treatment and my progression. I would recommend this Dr. Office to anyone of my friends or family.

This office doesnt seem to care about, nor respect my time. They set a 1PM appointment. At 1:45, I still havent seen the doctor. I work for a living! If you are behind, let me know when I get there so I can decide if I want to reschedule!!!!!!!! Would not recommend this physician.

Dr. Troxler and his staff are awesome. These are the most caring people I have ever seen. They always have time to see me and my family and they never make you wait. Dr. Troxlers staff are a true blessing.
