Im the type of person who ALWAYS reads the reviews when going to a place ive never been before, ....so ,i visited this clinic .......... Yes it is true about their front desk girls, they are extremely rude! Not friendly at all, they shut the window in your face(since they only open the window to grab the check in list) Waiting area is small, the clinic its a little weird, kind of old..when you get shots or blood out, they dont do it in a private room, instead behind reception, where everyone is watching ,they have chairs behind reception,...........i will not go back to this clinic, i went for a physical, price was OK. All of the doctors are Asians, not sure if chinese or vietnamese, BUT they are extremely nice! Specially the man doctor... overall, ill say they need to hire new staff, and remodel their clinic, kind of messy.....old style

My wife went in for shots asked for immigration and they thought my wife did not speak or understand any emglish, the nurses were talking that soon they (Dr Wentian) will not be taking anymore patients for immigration shots, referring because of Trump. My wife, from the get go saw and felt that the people at the front desk were rude and awful and then when she was attented that is when she heard these comments. My wife told me that she paid for services rendoredd but it felt like these people were doing her a favor by giving her aervices.

Fantastic Doctor .the only physician that care people all the way from bottom of is heart. But the front desk need to learn from Doctor Huang how to treat person .because there exactly will be have karma back to them what their attitude been approach. Really will.

Medical care was decent enough, but staff at the front desk are ALWAYS without fail unpleasant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Not what you want to deal with when youre sick. Be nicer to people.
