Im ok with this clinic bc i like Dr. Davila, but this past appt I left pretty dissatisfied with the other female doctor, Dr. Pagan. I took my son for his 3 year on 7/11 @ 10 AM. My first complaint during this visit was that this Dr. Pagan was attempting to examine my 3 year olds diaper area without gloves, I immediately called her out on it and she rushed to put some on before continuing. Second, listed on the questionnaire regarding childs development, I listed my concerns, speech delay, I had about a 10 min conversation with this lady asking her about referrals on ST services. I later get a call from someone by the name of Marlene to tell me that the Dr wanted them to call me bc they had concerns regarding my answers and that the Dr. was in such a rush that she didnt have time to discuss that with me. I irrites when they mentioned this as I had spent a good amount of time expressing my concerns and what I could do to help my son and now theyre calling me after the appt bc THEIR Dr was too busy? Not to mention instead of placing me on hold, this person I was speaking to tried to cover the receiver and I could hear her calling me "rude" because I told her it was unprofessional of the Dr being "too busy" to discuss any concerns regarding her patient. Idk if Im going back and if I do, I will make sure its ONLY Dr. Davila.

My kids go to the one in Fort Worth, TX across the street from Cook Childrens Hospital. I finally got feed up with this doctors office. The doctor is great the only problems are 1. They take forever. 2. They constantly call me for my kids appointments they even text me with there appointments and when we show up for there appts. they tell me we dont have any appt. I hate that. 3. They referred me to 2 specialist for my kids and I never got a call back with the appts. So I called myself and my kids doctors office never did the referral.

I take my daughters here. Its an okay clinic. They do take forever. They also referred me to a specialist and I havent received an appointment (ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR)... The nurses and doctor are okay. But the doctor needs to give a little bit more time on checking my kids. Its like a race for her... (I used to take them to Compassion Care Clinic in Oak Cliff. Even if they were full the doctors took there time and made you feel great living there clinic. My girls loved it but its kind of far for me to drive all the way over there...)

An decaido muy feo ya todo cambio..ahora hacen esperar mucho tiempo en la sala y en cuartos para ver a la doc.no me gusto el cambio q una sola doctora atienda tantos pasientes..por eso la tardia..Espero y puedan mejorar era muy buena clinica y muy buen equipo.

This place is alright. The only problem is the wait. You can guarantee that youll be stuck in the waiting area for awhile even if you come 10-15 minutes early for a scheduled appointment. The staff is also rude. The receptionists are rude and the medical assistants have no patience with the kids what so ever but the doctors are great! You can tell they really care about their patients. They both make my daughter feel comfortable and less scared.

Have been here twice. The first time we waited 2 hours, even with an appointment. The 2nd appointment I scheduled for 8am, first appointment, the nurses didnt even show up until 15 mins after they were supposed to open, and I was then informed the dr was going to be another 15 mins later. They are very disorganized and the left hand doesnt seem to know what the right hand is doing. We are looking for a new doctor.

The doctors here are okay but staff here is rude and are horrible at helping you! For example... I have been requesting shot records for my sons daycare for TWO WEEKS NOW!! They all ask me for my email or fax number and never get back to me. I understand they might be busy but speaking to multiple people for the same request and getting no response is just frustrating ! I honestly do not recommend this place.

Awesome clinic! The doctors are very helpful and get their job done, they are very detail when it comes to seeing my children. The nurses also do a great job. The wait can be long at times but they have never refused to see my kids even when is really late in the day. If you have an emergency they will always take you in!

My oldest daughter was their firat paciant here when they first open. But now tha i have came back with my secound daughter is m no good. They make you wait hrs and they have new plp working there with ugly maners. So i dont recomend no one to go there. Back then in 2014 they were the best but no its no good.

The wait can be long at times but they see my children with out an appointment, something their previous doctor did not do. The staff is friendly and the doctor are very caring, they call me two days after my child was seen to make sure he was getting better.

I recommend this clinic to anyone, the providers are great!!! Ive seen both doctors and they were equally amazing with my kids! They love them! And the staff goes far and beyond at their job they are so sweet and caring! I will be back again!!

Took my son this morning for the 1st time. I loved it!! Even though it was a viral issue the doctor still did a thorough exam with urine and blood to make sure. Assistants and doctor were so sweet!

They said one test was reporting bad results and was transfered by the parent tocrhe hospital which was really that they did the test wrong. Took over 2hr to do 1-2 test
