Every time I went into this place I had to wait over 45 minutes. When you walk into the building, the girls up front always had an attitude, even one visit they marked my sons name off of the list and after waiting 30 minutes I asked her when my son would get back, she assured me in the next few minutes another 30 minutes went by and I went up there raging, and she said oh I accidently marked his name off as been seen. Nothing but problems, my son had reoccurring ear infections, and the doctors always told me his ears were a little red, after taking him in there and they say nothing is wrong, and him getting worse and making trips to the E.R. I have never dealt with a doctors office that is so unprofessional and anyone that asks me about this doctor I do dont recommend them.

Horrible they told me for a year my daughters constipation is normal she will grow out of it. It took me finally going to childrens medical to find out its not normal dr. turners office has Givin us multiple things for constipation and nothing worked and they still said she will grow out of it. After childrens we got a different doctor at kaufman cant remember her name but shes the only one who acually helped and said also that its not normal when I get her name I will post it bc I give her a 5 star. Now when im trying to schedule an app there trying to tell me I owe them a 25$ no show fee but never scheduled an app and never even got a reminder text like I usually do but there still trying to make me pay to get an app. In my opinion DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!

FIRST TIME EVER WRITTING A REVIEW, SERVICE AT THIS CLINIC WAS EXTREMLY HORRIBLE ITS BEEN A REAL HASSEL TO GET A prescription SENT TO THE CORRECT PHARMACY IVE BEEN HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES THEN TRANFERRED TO VOICE MAILS THEY WERE SO QUICK TO GET ME OUT THEIR OFFICE AFTER I WAITED HOURS TO BE SEEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT I RATHER DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY FROM HOME TO DEAL WITH PROFESSIONALS THEN TO BE TAKEN AS A JOKE BY THIS CLINIC!!!

I love Dr. Lewis! But the front office staff is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been using this place for almost 4 years now, everytime giving them the benifit of the doubt.. today was the last straw! Im stick of being treated like dog crap from the front office. IM FINISHED! Like I said, love the doctor, but HATE the office staff.
