This place is a billing factory and has no personal touch. I had two kids here with Dr Wood and found the experience very unsatisfactory. Dr. Wood is very robotic, always in a rush and gets annoyed when asking questions. They got annoyed when we took our child in when sick with an infection and said that we should go to the hospital instead. The entire staff seem like high school kids with very little experience. Every visit, they come in with a stack of papers and keep pointing at the papers when we have any questions. The thing I hope these people keep in mind is that they work for us and we are paying for their services. They need to take the 10 mins and talk to the parents instead of overbooking patients and rushing every appointment. When we moved and had to switch doctors, we tried to pull our kids immunization history and realized that they did update the registry. Their response was that we are trying to move and cannot help us. My recommendation is to find a smaller clinic where the doctor and staff can provide a personal experience during the visits. The clinic should actually care about your child and their well being and not just administer shots as recommended by the CDC and bill.

Dr. Wood was great with my daughter, my complaint is with the billing department. Ive moved since my last visit and was unaware that we had an additional balance due of $74. When I called to make an appointment I was advised of this balance. I asked if I could make an appointment and pay when I come in to that appointment I was told no and that I had to make the payment over the phone today before I could even schedule an appointment. I am apprehensive to making phone payments for various reasons so I asked if the reason being is because I cannot be seen until I pay, she said yes and I understand that. Hence the reason I would like to pay upon arrival to my appointment. You would have thought I owed $740 and not $74. Needless to say I am mailing them a check and switching to another Doctors office, thats perhaps a bit more reasonable and understanding. Im a huge advocate for customer service, Pecan Tree should value their patients and retention.

Rockwall location We arrived late due to construction; for the very first time for my daughter one year check up. Eventhough explained to them our situation my wife go to school in the morning and I work night still they send us home. I requested to get ask the doctor the situation before we live, the front desk lady still let me go with a choice of reschedule for another day then just live. The very sad thing is couple times we got so early than our appointment still the didnt get saw us late but we didnt complain; beside we still coming back; I suppose Dr. WOOD IS THE ONE SEEING MY DAUGHTER. MOST OF TIME. WERE. DEFINATELY SEARCHING FOR another doctor for her. We were very sad for their unhuman kind respond.

When I move to Rockwall the first time my child was ill and I call different pediatrics offices asking if they can see my child and every office answer was if he was a patient..We just moved to the area and they did not accept new patients .. Any way long story short.I call Pecan Pediatrics and the staff was so friendly and the same day I got my appointment I been living here for 3 years now and I dont have any complains at all there always very friendly as there where the first day..

I have been several times now with my daughter and am very impressed with the entire office. From the receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Wood, we have had nothing but excellant service given to us. I would recommend them to anyone with children! I had to come up there for some paper work at one point and Dr. Wood was in the waiting room, recognized me and immediatly started asking how my daughter was doing. That is awesome care in my opinion!

This is a wonderful pediatric group. Dr. Wood is very patient, takes her time, and is super compassionate. Her bedside manner with kids is as though she is with her own. The entire office is wonderful. When one physician is out, the other will call to follow-up with you. The scheduler will do all that she can to get the perfect appointment time for you! Great job ladies!

With a family of four boys we make regular visits to Dr. Grace Pecsen. She is amazing!! We absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone. We have seen a few of the other doctors that rotate through the Wylie location and all of them have been kind and very knowledgeable. Five star service all day!

I love Dr. Dudek!! She is the sweetest, and she takes the time out to answer all my "new mom" questions! She always puts my mind at ease and takes great care of my now 9 month old! The other doctors that weve seen have been great, as well. You cant go wrong going to Pecan Tree!

Called to get a sick visit for my son and was told they wouldnt see him until Monday. My son is asthmatic. I find it hard to believe that an office that has sick visits on Saturday couldnt be more understanding especially because he was having issues with his asthma.

I took my daughter to Pecan Tree. They are great Rockwall pediatricians. The office is clean, the staff friendly and Dr Pecson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Im gonna recommend them to anyone who needs a pediatrician for their child!
