Arrive at doctor at 4:05 for 4:15 appt. The level of Professionalism at this place is on par with the airport. Ladies at the front desk were kind enough to stop looking at their phone to answer my question, "We are now 45 min past our appt time and we are still in the waiting room. Is there a reason we havent been given a room yet?" Her response, "You are next in line to receive a room". After getting into our room to see the doctor at 5:03, we proceed to wait until 5:45 (mind you they close at 6:00) before I have to hunt down someone and find out what is going on. Im told, "You are next to be seen". This is apparently the running theme of this office. Doctor arrives at 6:15, check up takes 4 minutes and were done. Doctor is sweet but we havent had any issues with our child and therefore have no real knowledge of the doctors abilities other than to check heart rate and look in her ears, say hi and put the door in under 10 minutes. My poor rating is strictly based on how the office is ran and not on the performance of the doctors.

I was very disappointed from the beginnning! He is not very personable. He DID NOT listen to what I was telling him about my child. As a mother of two, I know when my child is sick or something is really wrong! I tried to tell him that something was wrong and after calling it a "cold" I told him there was NO WAY my son had a cold!! He proceeded to say that I may have spoken too soon and said that it was a flu-like illness yet did not give him anything for it! Needless to say, after TWO PRESCRIPTIONS we had to take our child to the ER and discovered he had pneumonia!!!!! I knew that it was more than just a cold! Please listen when I say, find another doctor - he may be book smart but when it comes down to it - if they wont listen to you, they will do you NO GOOD!!!

Dr. Ianelli is seriously the best! My son responds well to him and when he knows he isnt feeling well, dr Ianelli makes sure to distract him in different ways to efficiently get the job done! We never have a long wait. Hes always very informative and when I was nursing my son, he was always VERY supportive and encouraging! I wouldnt take my son anywhere else!!

Everyone in the office is so warm and welcoming. We absolutely love Dr. Chinn. She comes in and sits down and visits with us and then examines our son. She never makes us feel rushed or like she has other places to be. Shes knowledgeable and practical. Shes always hilarious!

Dr. Chinn has been my childrens doctor since they were born...11 years ago. She is absolutely AMAZING! Ms. Kinney is phenomenal also! In fact, all of the doctors and staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics!

I am consistently disappointed in the unprofessionalism and bad attitude of the front office staff. I have been to this office many times. We like our doctor, but getting in the door is difficult because you know youre going to face rudeness.

We LOVE Dr. Chinn! We have loved her as long as we have known her. She relates well to my kids and always makes sure to give me insight for whatever we are currently facing (Sickness, immunizations, life changes, etc.)

Dr. Susan Smart TERMINATED our infant daughter & 6yr old son from the practice because we chose not to vaccinate during well visits. Literally KICKED US OUT of their practice. VERY unprofessional doctor & service.
