They are absolutely unprofessional. Its not the doctors its the front desk staff. If you call they will leave you on hold for 10 minutes then pick up and hangup. They turn the phones off so it goes straight to voicemail. If you are in the clinic and go to the front desk you will be ignored for what seems like 5 minutes.... they could at least acknowledge you. I will not be keeping my son here at all.

Quick appointment setting, I havent had to wait in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes. I do, however, seem to wait 20 to 30 mins after I get in the room for the doctors. This doctors office is kept clean and neat as well. its in a newer and developing medical park, so its great location for everyone in the family, dentist office opening there and offices for the adults and older children.
