I want to take this time and say thank you to Pediatric After Hours in Garland. My son needed a place to go to but did not want to go to the ER. I am so thankful that I remembered seeing this facility and that they took our insurance and the prices were very reasonable. My son is 20 and very accident prone. They were able to do the X-Ray right there in the facility and was able to apply a splint until we were able to go to the orthopedic. The whole experience was amazing. I will defiantly be back especially since they will see patients up to the age of 21 that is great. Thank you Pediatric after Hours and thank you Mrs. Kim for being so amazing. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Great service and fast. Nice doctor ! I will recommend to everyone to need see a pediatrician without appointment and late at night No hablan español pero puedes hacerte entender y aceptan medicaid, por eso tuve q venir a esta pues la q me queda cerca d casa no acepta.. q ilógico no? Si son la misma compañía.

1st visit was great. 2nd visit I took my daughter in and was told she just has a cold its at its peak and shell be fine in a few days. That night my daughter was fussy and did not want to sleep at all til 2am! She usually sleeps at 10pm. So i made an appt with her regular dr and when she used her stethoscope she knew right away my daughter had something! She tested positive for RSV and now has to have breathing treatments every 4-6 hrs. Maybe when the next child comes in with a cold theyll run an RSV test since it is common during this season. Thanks to her normal dr she is now able go sleep and no loner wheezing.

From the moment I walked in I was very impressed. The young man that sign us in was very polite, professional, and pleasant. The nurse that was us back to the room was the same exact way. When the Dr. came in she was personable, made us feel very comfortable. What I was really impressed by was how quick she was able to diagnose my son. We had a little trouble getting the medication filled but she promptly got on the phone with the pharmacist and fixed that. I will recommend hour facility to everyone I know and if we need assistance like that again we will return. Thanks millions

Disappointed. Took our son in for a number of symptoms and was told theres nothing wrong. 2 days later, had him seen at his regular pediatrician for worsening symptoms and hes got bronchitis and is quickly on the mend after only 2 days of medicine. Was told by office staff that we shouldve registered as a cash-pay patient because it wouldve been cheaper than our copay. 1- Thats illegal. 2- Thats rude. While the medical staff we saw were nice and efficient, I dont have anything positive to say about our experience.

From Kim Erickson to the front office staff to the nurses, everyone at this clinic is outstanding. My sons have been there for everything from viruses to a broken bone and they have always received outstanding care. They handle little ones very expertly, even when said little ones are particularly upset or resistant to tests or treatment. Between Plano Pediatrics during the day and Pediatrics After Hours, our children are well taken care of. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place. The hours are great for working parents who pick up a child after work and find out that they were sick that day. Its too late to call the doc for next day appt and not a big enough emergency for the ER. I can take my kids here after work without having to miss work the next day. The wait times are short, the staff is GREAT and the facility is nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff. When the doctor didnt find positive results from swab testing, she took an additional blood test to figure out why my daughter was ill. Thankfully, she was able to detect the pneumonia and immediately give my daughter some medicine and a prescription to tackle the illness asap. The physician and staff explain everything very well, and take into consideration all concerns and symptoms.

No complaints about the service in the clinic, but it takes a long time to get a refund when the insurer has already paid them two weeks after the date of service. Initially followed up about my refund in the beginning of February, and was told that my refund check will be mailed. A month and a half after, I called again to follow-up, and was told it will take an additional 3-4 weeks to process the refund!

I went here for urgent care after a minor dental work that my daughter had this morning. Her upper lip was swollen and changed its color. The nurse and doctor did a great job and gave her a shot and an oral medicine to stop the swelling. I was in and out in almost no time. Thank you so much and it is good to have you around guys. I will definitely put you on my emergency list.

Pediatric after hours is always a wonderful experience. The doctors always listen to my concerns and explain to my children and myself what is going on and explain what medicine will be prescribed and how to take it. I love the fact that we are in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They also send all information to our pediatrician so they are kept in the loop.

Not happy, long story short Dr didnt check my daughter well enough and ended up costing us about $150-$160. Went to her regular Dr next day and he said she didnt need the medication they gave her and they didnt check her ear well. She had a bit of ear wax that he had to clean out to see better and saw that she had a small ear infection.

I took my children in for two different issues. The provider was attentive to each one of my kids. They are kid friendly and most of all you wont spend a lot of time waiting to be seen. Easy online registration and check in also. We were in and out in one hour and my kids are in bed on time. We will be coming back! Thanks PAH :]

My son was super sick running high fever, rash and in pain. I called at 1 on a Sat stating he needed to be seen asap. He was seen by 1:25 and tested positive for the flu, an ear infection and a sinus infection. They gave him meds and a script. In less than 12 hours he was bouncing back to his 4 year old self. Thanks!

I love this clinic always in and out fast but with a good quality of service. Kim is always in top of all our medical need to give my kids a good experience when they are sick. Not to say is very convenient because my husband our myself never have to miss work to get our kids well check ups or sick visits....
