I took my son because he had a fever and wouldnt go away and she told me it was a cold she didnt test him for the flue for nothing sure enough I had to take him to another clinic where they tested him and he tested positive ! This isnt the first time this has happened last time he had strep they tested him it came out negative but my son had all the symptoms my niece had because at that time my niece was sick from strep so I kept telling them Thats what he has they must of not tested him right or their test arent good. They finally gave him the prescription and my baby got better. Ive been with them since he was a new born (4yrs now) and theyve done this to us twice already. I dont understand why they cant test to make sure if your not even sure what it is instead of taking a wild guess. Im not happy at all with the dr and but front desk and the nurses have always been nice and helpful.

The doctor office was very dirty my husband took our son to see the doctor and they told me it was vey dirty a bug in the floor dirt and just plain nasty not only that but thiS was my sons first visit and he wasnt comfortable with someone he just met doing a personal physical and she got a very bad attitude with my husband discussing she was professional and raising her voice and being very rude and loud! First off we do not have arguments nor disagreements in front of our children my son was already nervous and then she pulled that? My son video taped the whole ordeal and our attorneys are and will have a field day and get this when she touched my son my husband hasnt even signed the consent forms! Wow!

Completely incompetent pediatrician. Do NOT take your child to this doctor. Its clear the doctors office is paying for good reviews. She sent us to the ER when it wasnt necessary, costing us a $400 copay and a diagnosis of bronchiolitis, which the doctor could and should have caught but failed to. To this day she insists our child had a seizure even though a team of doctors and nurses ran rigorous tests, including x-ray, and found no evidence of one. Wait time is 20+ minutes even when you have an appointment. Office is visibly dirty and disorganized. Weve been on the receiving end of multiple instances of misdiagnosis, poor treatment and poor manners.

I take great pleasure in taking my children to Dr. Jain. She caters to my most urgent needs in the most courteous fashion. She is very personable and remembers my kids history as if they were her own. Dr Jain has been very kind to my kids and my family in general. She provides medicine samples without even my asking for them. The front office is always kind to provide appointments as and when needed. I feel very welcome in Dr. Jains clinic and would refer her to anyone in my friend and family circle.

Dont go here why because this doctor theres two one of them shes Mexican she tropt one of those things want they uses to check your ears with on my babys head my baby was red crying hard and i askt the doctor want happen i test her to see if shes going to be honest with me well she said nothing happen while my baby was crying hard the doctor said here take her and i askt her aging she gave me a smart ass mean mark. Then for twos after i see this big red line mark on my babys head. I was so mad.

One of the best pediatricians in the area. If we had not moved more than 30 minutes away, my children would still be patients of hers. She is knowledgeable, she doesnt talk AT you but rather has a conversation and will answer any and all questions. The staff is amazing especially Lisa who I have had the privledge to know since 2007. I would recommend any and everyone here.

If you have other options to take your children away from them -please take them ! . Otherwise you never know what can possible expect from this office stuff and that doc herself . Honestly This is the first time I met this type of unprofessional doc and her stuff..they all together so unprofessional , rude, disgrace and etc.

I just talk to the doctor on the phone just now she was so rude to me and mean she told me Im going to hangup on you and raising her voice at me dont go there I called aging now they want 5$ for the shots records if I want the papers I have to pay 5$ thats wrong she probably got mad because Im not going over there no more.

I really disappointed with this pediatrician, my son after almost 3 yrs with problems on his leg and several months with strong pain finally was diagnosed for other doctor ( doctor Jain diagnosed like growing pain) with Edwin sarcoma on his spine and now on chemotherapy. ..we lost years thank to this doctor.

I love Dr. Jain. When my daughter is sick I can call Dr. Jain and she always makes time to see her that same day. Her staff has never been rude, and the wait time to see her is never more than 5 minutes.
