We moved to Murphy area two months ago and was searching for new doctor for my kiddos. It just happened that my younger one was sick so I called this office to make an appointment. We arrived 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. The front desk girl was new and I feel bad for her because she looked so overwhelmed at the time. We sat there for 10 mins and finally I walked up and asked her, "we are new patient, do you want me to fill out some paperwork maybe?." She wasnt sure how and what type of paperwork to give me , which was okay because I know she was new. We waited and waited for 35 mins in the small waiting room then got called back to one of the rooms. Some questions were asked by the nurse then more waiting .... finally one hour later, I opened the door and walked out. When I told the nurse that we have been there for over an hour and I couldnt wait anymore, she just said "okay." You know what, maybe I am just spoiled by our old doctor and knowing that I have numous choices when it comes to picking a doctor for my kids. I do not appreciate that type of customer service and please know that my time is just as valuable as yours. At no time during our visit I was informed that the dr is running late on schedule or apologize for the wait time. I totally understand the struggles in running a practice and i just simply want to say there are other areas needed to be worked on, other than the skills of the practitioner ( which in this case I am not able to comment on).

I have been bringing my children here since we moved to Wylie last February and, I know that there seems to be a lot of negative reviews about the office staff and the doctor. Ive had one issue with appointment scheduling but through ZocDoc they scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and they were closed. Other than that the front office staff is very friendly the nurse is friendly and talkative which is a good thing as well. The doctor is very caring and has always provided exceptional care for my children no matter what the issue has been. some people will go and post a negative review based on the wait time wow! well I work in a doctor office not this one but you cant expect to be seen as soon as you walk in the door that is ridiculous! Everyone is human and machines do fail you cant necessarily blame them for that. Instead of posting a negative review trying to bring this office ratings down why not discuss the issue before you walk out of the office other than that it shouldnt even be taken into account. Life is not one way and you cant always get your way thats all. Mommy that love her childrens pediatrician keep up the good work. Dr. Minnal

I was taking my baby for her checkups and vaccines , she was 2 months when i started taking her to this clinc. Thanks to this (lady pediatric) this clinic offers ,my baby has a tilted head (torticollis) and now i she ls going to therapy or she will be getting a helmet. Every time we visit the clinic for her checkups , i would always bring out the subject of why her head was tilted and this was the pediatric response ..oh, dont worry, just do tummy time and eventually will go away", ...and yes ! We do a LOT of tummy time , but never seemed to help much . The second time i tooked her ,I asked her if we could get her evaluated for a helmet,and she said," ohh noo ,no need for helmet ,shes a healthy baby"", she would just "listen"to her hearbeat and she would say ,"shes doing great" and that was end of consultation!!!she would not give me any updates to the weight, or any like that!!! This is the type of clinic who just wants your money and doesnt care of their patients!!!!

We have been at this office since my daughter was a baby!!! I have always felt that our appointments are wonderful and the Dr takes her time with us and have never felt rushed. Anytime I have needed anything for school/daycare we have received it same day. One experience we had will keep us at this office forever. My daughter needed a special medication that was compounded and the nurse stayed after hrs helping me find a pharmacy that had it/could make it

Worst place Ive been too... been waitting on my daughters referral to be fax to the childrens place for almost a month and for the first 2 week they had no note of nothing needed to be faxed and now with the excuse of the fax doesnt work.. wont be coming back ever again... terrible place. All they want is your money dont even care about your children...

Very rude staff. I waited for one hour and they did not even said they were sorry for that. They charge for everything such as shot records and check up is very expensive even with insurance. Not recommended certainly
