My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kayass since she was 1 month old. She has had all her well/sick visits and immunizations done here. When I needed a copy of shot records faxed to her school...the front office handled it in a timely manner. My daughter enjoys coming to the doctor. Dr Kayass and his staff work great with the kids. He has always been good at understanding and explaining whats going on. As for appointment times...remember the time he spent talking to you about your child...well he most likely is doing the same for the other children not just yours. So yes sometimes you might have to wait a lil longer. I did have a referral issue but it was NOT the front office staffs fault. Childrens Health dropped the ball on not following up on the referral. When I called Childrens to schedule their front office said they showed they left a msg twice. I asked them how could they leave a msg if my voicemail box has not been set up yet. Hmmm...but anyways overall, I dont plan on switching pediatrician anytime soon. I have and will most definitely recommend.

My kids have gone here for about 2 years, the only time I felt very cared for is when Angel was the practicing doctor. The office is always getting new doctors and I dont feel I should have to do their job in telling them I need to see specialist. When I finally get to a referral, they make it seem as if they never sent it, but were just double sending it. Called over to see if it had, nope it had not. When I called to confront the office about the mistake, she starts to explain she has to many patients blah blah, basically when I told her I work in the medical field, she stated I should know how it is. First off no, when my daughter needed test and surgery the office was very quick at it. Second I dont know because I follow up and do my job, third, if you cant handle the responsibility then dont work there. After this experience I will not be going back and will make sure to never refer another patient there again.

I came from another unprofessional office with a poor customer service staff. I found this office on Google in search of a new pediatric office for my baby, and saw all the awesome reviews so i had to check it out. By far this office is the best. Staff is so respectful, caring and very attentive. Dr. Kayass has been treating my daughter and has been so proactive in getting her well. He goes through treatment with you and explains everything. My daughter came out having an ear infection and he drew out a diagram and explained what is going on and how we will continue to proceed with treating her. You never feel like your child is not cared for or you are misinformed. Me, working at a medical office i can really appreciate the great customer service, and respect this office shows for the parents and children being treated. If your looking for a good office and doctor for your babies this is a great one for sure!!

Best experience I have ever had. The Doctor was thorough, staff friendly, helpful, and courteous. I did both of my childrens well visit together, my son 7 months and my daughter 2 years old. The Doctor was awesome with the both of them and the staff helped me with one or the other during shots and check ups. They loved my kids and were making my Son laugh while I helped the Doctor with my daughters checkup. Toys in the waiting room is super helpful, kid artwork all over the walls which was a great distraction for the kids. Wonderful place. Im happy to say that I found my forever pediatrician for both of my children. On top of things with my kids and I can trust them.

We were referred here by a friend a year and a half ago roughly. I love this place. They have a good flow processes im never waiting long or in the waiting room with a lot of people because of how they process the appointments. The ladies are wonderful to my daughter they are so kind and they remember facts and things about her. They are personable with us and if I call they always know who we are. Dr Angel is amazing she truly knows how to appeal to and work with my daughter she calls me any time I call and ask to speak with her. I couldnt be happier with the level of service this place gives us. We are very lucky to have found it.

This is the best office you can go to in this area. Angel King is a great provider, and truly cares for her patients. This place is not a patient mill where they get you in and out as quickly as possible to see the next patient. She takes her time, listens, and addresses every concern you have. At the same time though, there never is a long wait. An added plus is that our 18 month old loves coming here. She hugs her doctor every time. It is nice to not have to battle our child when its time to see the doctor!

They are amazing! The staff take their time to learn your childs name. They are quick and attentive as well. Dr Kayass is wonderful. He pays close attention and he make sure that you are comfortable and well aware of whats going on. Clean building and they have movies and toys for the kids in the waiting area. I am truly pleased.

This office is absolutely amazing. I have loved this place from day one. The receptionists are the most caring people I have ever met, they love all the kids that come in. They are fun and are always smiling. Dr. Kayass is an amazing doctor, he takes his time with each individual patient. He answers all the questions you can ask.

Best clinic this side of town! Processing time for new patients (forms) was pretty quick and easy! Nice and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Kyass was very nice and gentle with my newborn! We didnt feel rushed at all......took his time and addressed all concerns i had ! He definitely made our visit a pleasant one!

My daughter was one of Dr. Kayass first patients and we have loved it from day 1! Once he moved and opened his other practice I was a little nervous about having a new doctor but Dr. Angel is so amazing with the kids and truly cares about taking care of them! I highly recommend Tots and Teens!

There is no separate room for sick kids, the wait time is extremely long and twice now someone with an appointment AFTER mine has been called before me. There is one doctor and they over schedule so youre waiting at least an hour. Babies are impatient. Dont waste your time.
