The damn doctor , messed up my damn vision more than how it was messed up before , Im preparing a lawsuit , talking about "I have to cut off the phone " , " you cant talk to the doctor" , the damn manager is a damn joke , no damn respect , lack of self respect , laughs on the phone , like damn , Im talking about a law suit cause he messed up my prescription , going to damn fast with the damn procedure , and there were no other people for him to rush , I never been rushed ever like that , but thinking he knows how to do his job , obviously not , cause now my damn vision is messed up , and they want me to PAY FOR ANOTHER EXAM !! , it supposed to be free knowing he the one who test my eyes and gave me mine , eye contacts , and glasses , if I really tell you , Service is not good when u make a complaint for something that they for sure messed up , so quick they try to turn it on you like it your damn fault like damn once again I didnt test my self the doctor did , WE WILL TAKE THIS TO COURT , and I will be SUING FOR MONEY , u dont just mess up people vision and make it worst more than it was already , u think I was gonna pay like a dumb ass hell naa . Ima sue , B READY !!!!!

First of all, everything in the office looks cheap and old(including the actual room where you are given the exam). The physician was VERY impersonal and took barely any time with me. After my exam was over, the physician offered no feedback at all. I felt like my questions were very unwelcome. On top of all of that, when I ordered my glasses I was told it would take 7-10 days(which is longer than most clinics anyway). I called on day 10 to check the status of my order and the receptionist simply said "theyre not ready yet". I asked her if she had an estimate of when my glasses might be ready and she stated "7-10 days". That was all. I would not recommend this place at all and will never go back( i think the Walmart eye center is more up to date, costs you less, and they treat you better).If you do choose to go here, I hope your experience is infinitely better than mine was.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Ive been wearing glasses for 24 years and contacts for almost 20. The girls in the office have their children running around the place. They dont know how to fit glasses. I delt with 2 young ladies, I told one of them I needed the glasses to be tightened aroumd my ears and she bent them so far the lenses were slanted on my face I told her it was so dramatically bent and she argued with me that thats how they had to be so they wouldnt fall off my face. They lack the experience of looking at a patient and measuring to see where to bend them. I had them bent 7 times till I lost my patience. They second gorl kept asking me how I wanted it done where and what ahe needed to do. I told her I have never heated them myself I just know it doesnt feel right. Super rude each time Ive been in. I guarantee you Ill never go back.

I agree with the previous post. When I finally got my glasses, the plastic frames looked as if they had been twisted. When I set the frames on a flat surface, one of the earpieces touched the table and the other was an inch and a half above the table. Needless to say they did not fit my face properly because both of my ears are symmetrical on my head. They had to reorder them, which took another week. Another thing I did not like, the Dr. only wrote the contact prescription for one year (most of the time it is good for 2 yrs.), and he also wrote it for a brand that only he carries ( you cant find it at walmart, sams, or anywhere else ). Go somewhere else, dont waste your time.

I would like to take this to time and space to say thanks to Kristy and Gail for their super,fantastic help with my eyeglasses purchase. Both were very helpful and courteous, and very professional,with a great attitude in helping me . This is the third pair of glasses i have purchased from TSO Grand Prairie,and have only good to say ,on my great experience, with EVERYBODY in the front office, all were really willing to help me in any way they could with all my questions. If i ever need eyeglasses in the future , I will not hesitate to go back . I want to thank these ladies for being THE VERY BEST HELP,THANK YOU,------------------Johnny Armstrong

I took my two children there today, ages 7 and 9. The staff was great there and really nice. My problem was with the doctor himself. He completely rushed through both the exams. Then my son had to get his eyes dialed and was crying because it burned (and of course the doctor noticed). Which was no big deal because I know it causes some discomfort. Well when it was time for the doctor to check my sons eyes again, he had trouble keeping them open wide because the light was in his eye. So he told my son he was going to put more drops in his eyes if he didnt open them wider. I didnt like that at all.

Nothing redeeming about this place. Normally I love TSO but I cant say much of anything about my experience with this location has been good. Rude and impersonal staff (doctor included), ridiculously overpriced, poorly maintained building...and to top it all off my prescription was way off. Save yourself some grief and money and go elsewhere...there are plenty of other TSO locations that will actually care about you instead of just herding you through like cattle.

I have been TSO customer for years and i will not continue to take myself & family. They are the best i had appt.today Dr.Fan is amazing takes time to explain his concerns . the young lady up front who helped me (i didnt get her name) was very attentive . i have not had good experience with younger folks working the front desk. She by far excelled my expectations. Prices are good too. Very impressed keep up the suburb customer service Dr.Fan and staff!

After several years of having my eyes checked and getting glasses and contacts I finally found an eye Dr. that listens to the patient and knows his business. While other so called doctors could only get close to correcting my vision this guy nailed it both last year and this year. The price was quiet a bit less than even the doctor that is supposed to be a close acquaintance of mine charged for less results. Highly Recommend...

Stephanie was a great help from beginning to end. Dr Fan was thorough with my eye exam and has all the latest high tech equipment. only suggestion towards Stephanie is to sit down and double check how my glasses feel and look and maybe offer to clean them one last time. other than that - overall good experience - was happy with my frames and happy Im taking care of my eye sight through Dr Fan.
