My contacts were leaving a distinct red ring around my eye, and I was pretty concerned so I went to the closest eye doctor that was open. I dont remember the doctors name, but she was by far my favorite eye doctor. Previously, I had been to private practitioners but since I no longer had health insurance, I had started going to places like Walmart and Target to get my eye exams. Well, no doctor had ever been so nice and informative as the one here. She answered all of my questions, recommended a new brand of contacts (Acuve Oasys, which are really good), and prescribed eye drops to get rid of my infection. She even went so far as to do her best to help me save money on the drops and contacts because she knew I was a college student without insurance. That meant a lot.

Though I dont doubt the Dr.s medical expertise, I do doubt his communication skills. Quite rude, seems to dislike being asked relevant questions (he will cut you off/dismiss you and give you a vague, half-hearted answer), and was in a hurry to rush me out of there rather than ensuring that the prescription that was issued was accurate...which it wasnt for my right eye. They also did not give me the PD number. They made me go inside the optical department in the store to get it. The lady told me that they were not supposed to send me there and angrily scribbled a barely legible PD number. Not likely to return to this location, even if it was free. If you want to be treated like a human being, dont go there. Otherwise, have at it and enjoy the subpar customer service.

After paying for the care I received and thought I picked out my glasses and ordered my contacts and glasses a month and an half later no order, called and went in and the lady told me she dont remember me even coming in. I showed her my receipt and oh she remembers me but told me my insurance company didnt put them in.... Lies all lies i went back again with proof my insurance company paid them for everything and oh now my order will be ordered now. Like i guess its okay to pay for things and walk around not able to see Very Bad customer service here
