Never again and will not ever recommend anyone to Dr. Khan. My experience starts over a year ago; I went in for a simple eye exam for contacts and glasses, it took multiple appointments and several different amount co-pays for me to just get what should be a simple prescription for glasses and contacts. I work for medical billing so I know what my benefits are and I make sure I choose doctors that are in network with my plan and that I understand my benefits up front. Therefore, anytime this doctor tried to collect more from me then what my insurance should be, it turned into a mess. First off, every time I questioned the amount due the doctor would just look at me and say "well most people dont understand their benefits". This may be true but that was not the case for me. I was right at every visit I had last year and they ended up owing me money back. Needless to say, I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to them being a small practice and being local for me. I went in to my yearly exam this year for nothing more then a eye glass exam. However, the doctor insisted that I get a eye glass exam, contact exam plus a diabetic exam done today and it would be $150 upfront and they would also be billing my vision and medical insurance. I kindly explained that I was only there for my yearly eye exam for glasses and it would fall under my $10 co-pay with my vision insurance. Dr. Kahn told me "Listen, Im not doing my job half a** so you will not be paying half a**". I find it to be very unprofessional for any doctor to talk to a patient this way or to insist that a eye glass exam only can not happen because she wants to do more. To me, this doctor is more concerned about the money that goes in her pocket and not concerned about her patients and their wants/needs. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

My dad looked up the closest OD to go to since we had moved to Little Elm, so he ended up going to this location. He had no complaints and was very satisfied with the service, even with it being inside Wal-Mart. I ended up going since I neended new contact lenses. The office is clean and neat, hidden from the rest of Wal-Mart so you end up forgetting you are there. The process was very quick and easy. Dr. Khan gave me options for dry irritated eyes and helped me pick the best solution for me. She cares about her patients. I am very pleased with my overall experience. She also speaks clearer English then I do and she doesnt talk politics or sports like some other doctors do. Highly recommend.

I give this THIEF 0 star because I paid for my daughters contact FITTING and they will not give me the contacts. I have told them that I will be responsible for her learning how to put in the contacts and take them out. They said I will not get a refund for "services rendered" the exam was paid for by our insurance and now they are saying that what I paid for was "services rendered" Nope it was for contact fittings which means a pair of contacts for $75 ONE PAIR OF CONTACTS sheesh Edit: I was mistaken on price I paid $51 Edit #2: I did not tell at your staff! I yelled at you. You are one of the rudest "professionals" Ive seen.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst eye exam experience I have ever had. Her staff does not know how to bill. She committed insurance fraud and billed my insurance for stuff that was not done. I had to have my insurance step in and tell her to fix it or face legal consequences. She is also a fear mongering doctor that if you dont know what is up she will scare you in to test and procedures. She has not stopped calling my phone since February because she is "scared" that we didnt do a test. STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY from this office. I had an eye exam in February and am still having issues with my bill. The front office does not know how to code exams correctly so you will end up with an incorrect bill. My insurance agent had to call and wall the staff step by step on how to correctly code my visit. Dr. Khan also "performed exams" that I did not authorize her to do and then charged me additionally for those. Worst experience I have had with an office. STAY AWAY....I wish I had.

My wife, son, and I have been patients of Dr Khan for the last 4 years. When she relocated from Mckinney to Crossroads, there was no doubt in our minds that we would drive the distance, to seek her care. Dr Khan has been nothing but kind, caring, receptive to all our needs, and most profesional. Staff is friendly, polite and courteous, especially Barbara. I highly recommend Dr Khan to all my friends and extended family.

My daughter and I went last week to get eye exams. We left more than satisfied. The doctor was diligent, informative, professional and put me right at ease. The office staff was great. We had some difficulty with our insurance, but the staff quickly figured it out an resolved it. I would refer this doctor to others in my community.
