Im sorry you had to wait. My first visit I had to wait somewhat but it was only like about 10 minutes passed my appointment time. Saturdays are one of their busiest days because everyone that works tries to get in that day. They are only there on Saturdays for a half day. It only stands to reason that they would be backed up. My second visit was on a Saturday and I saw how busy it was. I made a mental note not to return on a Saturday unless I just had to do so. That said they only have one room they can put new patients in. If that room had someone in it when you got there that would be why you had to wait. It can take an hour to clear the room once someone is in there. Especially on a Saturday. I have been going here for 2 years now. I try to get my back adjusted once a month. Its one of the best things you can do for yourself. I constantly had back pain and migraines before I started going. I havent had a migraine in over a year and minimum back pain. Im pregnant so Im putting more pressure on my back and it hurts more frequently. But before I was pregnant I didnt hadnt had a muscle spasm or pain in over 6 months when before I was on arthiritis meds to relieve it. I dont need those anymore. Im sorry you had a bad experience but I have nothing but respect for the office staff and doctor. They have been helpful through the billing process when insurance refused to cover something. They even gave a discount after insurance refused to pay because I had to pay out of pocket. I think the bill ended up being 6 months past due. They didnt have to do that. I would definately refer this office to a family member or friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Thomasons for some 12 years now. Whenever I need any chiropractic care I only go to her. I had gone to many other Chiropractors prior to finding Dr. Thomason so I know from comparison and experience what superior chiropractic care really is. I am also a retired physician so I know about medical knowledge and expertise and also that genuine concern for a patients well being is what separates the ordinary from the extraordinary healthcare practitioner. Although there have been several changes in staff at Dr. Thomasons over the years the overall quality of care has always been above average and better. This present staff including Kim, Samantha, Melissa and Daniela has pushed the quality of care over the top to SUPERIOR !! I have had shoulder and neck problems for 15 years without any success of pain relief, but I gave 1960 West Chiropractic Center a try and the treatment was successful. Between the adjustments, massage, heat therapy and electric shock, my pain has improved. For the first in a long time I have been pain free. I have been a patient here periodically over last 20 years due to pinched nerves on c5/6 and age related issues. Dr Thomason always gives effective treatments and advice. Moreover, she gave me daily exercises that keep the effects of the pinched nerves under control. I am very eased with their services and feel they have been more effective than orthopedic surgeon and physical therapy for the pinched nerve issues.

Ive got a lot of pain in my knees from an old basketball injury and I come in once a month for a chiropractic adjustment and treatment - though the therapeutic massage is definitely what I like best. Everytime i come, the doc always takes a few minutes to see what is bothering me most so he can focus on that and have me feeling good before I leave.

Very effective treatments. Great staff and great Doctor. At first I wondered if the treatments were doing me any good but gradually I improved and once I noticed the improvement my recovery began to accelerate. Some of these things just take time. But it does work!

The work that theyve done on my shoulder had made an incredible difference - ever since I had my shoulder operated on last year, Ive been coming here each week and theyve really helped me with the stiffness and pain in my shoulder that Ive had since the operation.

Horrible is all I can say. Ive never, in my life, been treated so badly by a person. The chiropractic treatment left me in worse shape than I went in with and the doctors actions show a lack of care for a persons overall well being. Go elsewhere.
