Where do I begin! I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for over a year now and she is hands-down the most professional, nicest, caring, and talented medical professional that I have ever met! First and foremost, my late grandfather was a skilled chiropractor, and I have yet to see this type of work regarded as an art form since my grandfather, until I met Dr. Roberts. Since seeing Dr. Roberts, I am fully off of the pain medicine I was prescribed to by a previous doctor and I feel fantastic. From start to finish, the service provided by Dr. Roberts and her staff is exceptional. Booking appointments is easy, with Dr. Roberts having flexible hours and the staff taking the time to get know you personally, so they always seem to know what works best for your schedule. I have never waited more than five minutes for the doctor to see me - extremely rare in medical offices! In fact, Im probably less punctual than the office is, and yet they are so understanding and friendly when I come in late! Although I am no expert in chiropractic equipment and technology, one observation I will make is that Dr. Roberts office is equipped with different treatment rooms and equipment that puts my previous chiropractor to shame. Im not sure what all of the fancy stuff does exactly, but it is clear that Dr. Roberts is totally prepared to handle any situation. In regards to my personal care, Dr. Roberts used techniques on me that my previous doctor never used and they have made the world of a difference! Three more very awesome things about this office: 1. Dr. Roberts has the hands of an angel and will legit massage your back until you are in chiropractic nirvana. Note: my previous chirpractor NEVER massaged my back - not once! 2. The office emails you coupons for money off of your co-pay / payment for pretty much every holiday. Example: For Valentines Day, they sent out a $20 off coupon, so my treatment was free! 3. They are an awesome place to refer people to because they do great work and totally appreciate refferals. Its hard to explain, but Dr. Roberts is a doctor that you feel uncannily proud of and want to show off to your friends. Its like when you discover a really good sale and realize that you have never truly shopped before until now and you just want to share it with the world. Love this place!
