I HAD MY PHYSICAL AT THIS CLINIC IN JANUARY. I FAXED A WELLNESS FORM TO FILL OUT MY BIOMETRICS INFO ON APRIL 24, 2014. I WAS TOLD BY LISA (NOW SHE CLAIMS THAT I WAS LYING WHEN SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD NORMALLY TAKE TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE FORM). I CALLED IN ON APRIL 28 & TWICE TODAY, MAY 01 AND STILL HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY REQUEST. YOUR STAFF IS RUDE & CLAIMS THAT I AM A LIAR. HOW CAN AND WHY WOULD I DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THESE?!? THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I ENCOUNTERED THE SAME RUDENESS FROM YOUR STAFF AND FROM THIS DOCTOR AS WELL. DURING MY PHYSICAL, I MENTIONED TO DR. PHAM IF I CAN HAVE A COPY OF MY PHYSICAL RESULT AND SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NORMALLY SEND A COPY OF THE RESULTS TO THEIR PATIENTS AND TAKE NOTE SHE DID NOT MENTION THAT THEY CHARGE $20.00 WHEN I ASKED HER WHILE I WAS THERE. BY THE TIME, I WAS REQUESTING FOR A COPY...GUESS WHAT? THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $20.00 FOR A COPY OF MY OWN TEST RESULTS. WHEN I CALLED IN, I MENTIONED IT TO LISA AGAIN WHAT DR. PHAM HAD TOLD ME AND THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME! FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, DONT EVER CALL OR REMIND ME TO GO BACK TO THIS CLINIC EVER AGAIN. I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE MORE TIME DEALING WITH THESE CLINIC AND RUDE STAFF!

Worst place ever!! Dr Pharms nurse doesnt know what shes doing. I went there trying to get hepB and Tb shots, she told me it takes about 2months from the day u take the first HepB shot. Even tho I told her its a fast track one I need for school enrollment. I did it regardless and they billed me $600, I went to cvs and did it for $90. Now theyre saying I need to pay $600 which was a mistake on their part. Ill never refer anyone here.

I love this office!! Very clean and professional. Im always done taking care of business in a timely fashion. My nurse Nikki is super nice, and so is Dr. Pham. I didnt give it an excellent because I have to make multiple appointments to be seen about different things. Like say Im having a Pap done but my knee has been bothering me. I would have to make another appointment for the knee. :( whatttt???
