DOCTOR ABUSHARR...YOU ARE THE BEST! Dr. Abusharr is a fantastic doctor; HOWEVER his staff is horrible! Summer and Shabina do not listen to anything at all. They constantly interrupt you resulting in misinformation. Summer is rude to the point of assuming that a patient is asking for "her" medical advice and blatantly states "well I dont know what you want me to do". This morning my daughter is experiencing SEVERE pain. She is in the fourth month of her first pregnancy and is considered high risk due to other medical conditions. The fact that she is stressed even more because these people REFUSE to allow her (and me) to complete a sentence has put an even greater strain on her. SUMMER -- can you please just listen and assist? Dont assume that I am asking you for a prognosis! As the person who answers the phone at a medical office, you should be able to effectively relay patient concerns to medical professionals without being rude or condescending with your responses or continuously evading the issues -- especially when the caller is calm and speaking to you rationally. Two words - customer service. SHABINA -- Listen more than you speak. You will avoid being misinformed as well as misdirecting patients based on your assumptions. It is not your job to ASSUME what someone is about to say to you and act on it. When you do, own up to it, get the facts, and fix it! As a "team"...just try to be more helpful and less stressful. Because of the same type of incident occurring with me months ago, I stopped seeing Dr. Abusharr. I regret having to leave because HE IS AN AWESOME DOCTOR. The image you (SUMMER & SHABINA) portray does not compliment his kindheartedness and professional demeanor AT ALL!!! I have never experienced anything close to your behavior from him. He is very attentive and understanding and listens earnestly to his patients. That is why I chose to remain in his care after my initial visit over three years ago. I hope that you do not steer anyone else away because of your lack of professionalism blatant disrespect for patient care/concerns.

There seems to be a unanimous pattern of managerial issues as of late. Update; The "Owner" does not seem to take criticism very well and this may shed some light on the practice as a whole. One may have a "God complex" who can never accept responsibility when they have it wrong nor offer a simple apology. It certainly is the perception by many clients reviews (read all negatives) the owner has the same excuses and tired repetitive reasoning again and again as you would think he needs to get that aggression under control as well. These are opinions from peoples experiences of your practice and clinic. If you disagree and feel like fixing the situation make it right and fix it internally. Tighten up and make those choices day in and day out from within. With that said, maybe this clinic should keep their books in order and notate them CORRECTLY, as the billing issues mount, and practice follow up with clients instead of trying to distort the truth. Furthermore, fill out documents correctly and train decision makers appropriately in a way that does not cost the customer unneeded time and money. Further audits may be needed for businesses that do not get these simple practices correct, for a routine and simple arrangement of checks and balances can alleviate much frustration on the provider and client for being wrongfully categorized through the process of treatment rendering larger bills than expected is immoral and unethical. Although with much dedication the truth may come out in the end after much unneeded drama and headache. The owner still has a hard time understanding that clients in this society are not fired, we have a choice in of where to go. If one trys to manipulate a situation in which to profit from, It is the provider that is fired. That is wrong in any respect. Sometimes companies need to remember the old adage that the customers right! Best of luck.

I went to this clinic thinking I was going to see a doctor and I see "dr ngozi" as she present to me and even the front desk lady Ashley she refer to her as Doctor I know that is not legal to present an treat people if you are not one even thou I was please with my experience at that time and I went again this dr. Was not there anymore the call me an left me a message saying that the new dr Erin want me to have a follow up for my lab results Erin she is not longer there either and she was a nurse practitioner as well and this is since June 2016 that I went there for the first time I referred my sister on Monday 8/1/2016 for medical matters and the old lady that present herself as a dr. Again she is a nurse and wrote on a stick the medicine that my sister should take in case pain on her chest continue this visit cost $200 and I think is not a cost for been see a nurse practitioner when you call to see a doctor the " dr abusharr just answer the phone today at 2:00 pm 8/3/2016 to tell me that I should not claim a refund or nothing because I should be present on my sisters visitation I think this is a scam clinic and I am going to sue this clinic all I can to do to close it down .people should know who they going to see before accepting to face a nurse that did not know if my sister was having a hear attack as she Said that may be was a hear attack but she wasnt sure and refuse to do any labs to be sure why my sister was having a chest pain

Dr. Abusharr is genuinely interested in patients wellbeing. He spent a lot of time with me during my physical, which ensured he fully understood any issues I was having. I am able to schedule an appointment quickly whenever I need them. It ia reassuring that they can usually see me and my family as soon as we need them. I love the convenience of having a lab within their office, so any blood work that is ordered can be quickly drawn without a wait or an appointment. This has saved me so much time. I get my results quickly and am able to easily share the information with my other doctors. Lately I have been seeing Tracy, the Nurse Practitioner. I have an auto immune disease and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and proactive with my issues. She ran tests that I was able to share with my rheumatoligist and help in my diagnosis. She also prescribed me medicine that helped me manage my pain until I was able to see my rheumatoligist. She has been wonderful! I recently took my 12 year old daughter, who was terrified of doctors offices. Tracy and her staff made her feel at ease and was extremely friendly. She took care of her needs in a professional and compassionate manner. She gave her options for her procedure and explained each one in detail. This put my daughter at ease and she appreciated the explanation. I highly recommend Family Medicine at Sterling Ridge to adults and children.

I would highly recommend Dr. Abusharr, and have done so to quite a few people already! He is great! I needed to find a dr close to my home and did an online search. Dr. Abusharrs website came up and its so informative, well laid out and professional! Everything that I had a question about was answered on the website so that all I had left to do was to make an appointment and drive to the office. It was so simple, no hassles and everyone was so courteous and helpful! Even the paperwork is accessible online, so all one has to do is print it out, fill it out and take it to the appointment. The appointment was for my 16 year old son, who really liked the dr. Dr. Abusharr came in, introduced himself, smiled at us and was so relaxed and personable while remaining totally professional at the same time. All of the office staff was wonderful, as well. They all had a smile, acted like they were glad to see us and treated us like people rather than just the way to their paycheck! How REFRESHING!!! Thank you Dr. Abusharr!!! & Staff!!!
