A very disappointing experience. Extremely unprofessional. My parents do not recommend their services. Practice claims to be bilingual, only the admin staff speaks limited Spanish without the ability to properly communicate medical conditions. During their last visit, both of my parents were left in the room waiting for outcome of their consultation, to later be advised the doctor had left because it was the end of the day. No findings on their condition and no explanation on prescriptions. Again, extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend their services. I must select one star to provide a review, it is too generous.

IT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It has taken me 25 days straight. not including Saturday and Sunday, calling. They NEVER ANSWER. and NEVER RETURN MESSAGES. I believe the doctor only cares to make money and he or she (what ever she is) do not need to care for patients anymore. it is the worst feeling. How can doctors get away with such an inhumane way to service people. He or she Amrit Thandi (with this name I dont know and since I havent been able to make appointment). SHould just say. I am not taking patients and tell insurers not to send any more. WORST DOCTOR EVER

Im only giving them a 2 because the PA is really nice. The wait is always ridiculous. 9 am appt means you wont be seen until 10:15 at the earliest. The last time I was in, the Hispanic receptionist yelled out my full name and all of my orders in front of other patients, completely ignoring my right to privacy. Then when I was obviously uncomfortable, she had the gall to give me an attitude about it. I called several times to speak to the office manager but every time he was "busy and would call me back" with the same disgusting attitude. If you can avoid going there, you should.

We had a 9am appointment and spent 60+ min in the waiting room and then another 30+ in the room waiting for the doc. On 3 occasions I have had to make an impromptu drop in just to get paperwork completed by the office and sent to medical suppliers. Each time they state the it has been "faxed" multiple times in the days/weeks prior. Im shopping for a new doctor...... :(

Have been trying to get hold of them to get information on when I will be billed for services a month ago. I even told them that if I am not billed by the end of the month, that I wont be able to pay due to FSA card closing out. Still no answer or return call. Youd think that theyd get right on it so they could be paid!

By far the best Family Physician EVER! Dr. Thandi is so detailed and make sure you have a good understanding. If you are looking for a family DR. Well shes it. The only bad thing is the wait time. Other than that shes great

Worst doctor I ever visited. Got $500 bill for my annual health check up. Still fighting with them from last 2 years to waive it off but no luck.
