Dr. Mason WAS my doctor at the clinic. She use to be so down to earth and genuine. She is now so sad and rude and short and she has changed completely. I believe she has issues in her personal life and doesnt think a lot of herself. The past year she has not helped me out or gotten to the bottom of my problems or acted like she even cares. I will update this article as soon as my new physician sees me. For your sake Althea, you need to go back to the person you were before. About 2 years. Look back there and find her again. I heard of several other people who have stopped going to you as well. I will pray for you even though you treated me terrible when I needed help. Hopefully you will never have to find out what it feels like to have to work and feel like you have the flu and hurt all over & not get any help for it or even have it checked to see what is causing it. I use to be so healthy. All I want to know is, what can I do to have a life again.

Dr. Asher is my favorite doctor (and trust me Ive seen enough doctors, more than I can count). Hes very helpful, not arrogant and has never been afraid to say when hes not certain of something or refer to a specialist if necessary. Ive been seeing Dr. Asher since at least 1999 and have seen Dr. Mason, and Dr. Wooster as well. Nurse Kay is my favorite nurse and Ive recommended them to my family and friends as well. Of those Ive recommended them to, my husband, brother, mother and father and some friends have or are seeing either Dr. Mason or Dr. Asher and have all positive things to say. The staff is very personal and caring. I first went to see Dr. Asher after having been through a few other doctors due to insurance changes. He was very caring and understanding and helpful. Only in an emergency will I make an appt. on Tuesday because that is his day off and then I will see Dr. Mason if at all possible.

I recently was laid off and had to pay for the visit out of my poocket. I was seen by Dr. Dalton and he racked up almost $600 on my bill after being told that the visit would be just $83, with unneccassary testing and evaluation. I am new to the area and this was just a switch to a new Dr. and very routine. Him and his nurse were very rude and did not give me the proper care I needed. I will not be going back to this establishment and recommend strongly that you dont either. They are only out to make as much money as possible and do not have the patients bests needs in mind. If you must go to "Family Medicine Associates" STAY AWAY from Dr. Dalton and his staff. I hate to write such a negative review, however if it saves even one person from a financial hardship, it will be worth it.

Dr. Jeske has been my doctor since I was in kindergarten. I am now 23 years old and he has been the best with accurate results and helps the best he can in whatever needs you are pursuing. Hes very down to earth, listens to what you have to say, helps you and never judges you. He is also very professional and very nice and understanding. I will always continue to come see him with any of my professional needs. He always fixes me up right and gets me in and out in a timely manner even if he is very busy.

This has been my family doctor since I was young, so even after moving 30 minutes away I continued to drive to them. And while everyone in the practice is kind and professional, they are NEVER on time. It has been an issue for years, but today after waiting an hour past my appointment time I finally gave up. I received immediate help from an urgent care facility in my neck of the woods. To avoid frustration Im sure a more punctual practice can be found.

There is never a wait longer than 5-10 minutes. It is always quiet when I go. Im never there for more than an hour.
