Get out your checkbook - your insurance wont be paying for what he bills. Be prepared to wait unless you are the first patient. Was not on time for any appointment other than the actual Colonoscopy - which I was first in line. When I was leaving people that got there with me still were waiting and were very unhappy about it. The last visit he was over an hour late and still took tome to meet with a drug representative rather than seeing me. I also found this provider has some very questionable billing practices. It was very clear after my first visit he is really out to get as much money out of a routine colonoscopy that he can possibly bill. For a routine colonoscopy that should have paid 100% he billed 3 separate office visits - one on the same day as the actual surgery. They all had a diagnosis other than routine so were applied to my deductible and I was stuck paying over $400 in additional costs. I will not be seeing him again and the next one I get I will be much better equipped to discuss cost up front now that I have been ripped off by this guy and charged over and beyond what I should have been.

If I could give him less I would. He doesnt know how to communicate with his patients. My father in law had an upper endoscopy and the person that scheduled it said the soonest available was an afternoon appointment at 2pm, he couldnt have anything to eat or drink after midnight. So we said wed wait for an early appointment because it didnt seem logical that he would be able to do that. So she said he could do it at 2pm and just not have anything 4 hours before. She said he could have have juices, jello, broth and liquids. So I called that morning to verify the information and they treated me like I was an idiot for event thinking that when it was their instructions, which I have in writing. Not to mention it is now 2:53pm and they have yet to call is in for our 2:00pm appointment. The office staff that I have dealt with is a bit rude and not very helpful. If we had a choice we would not have elected Dr. Jayanty as our Doctor. We wont be referring anyone here that is for sure!

Adequately informative and communicative, overall liked my experience with Dr Jayanty, and his office. i though cost was reasonable. I have a HSA through Aetna so i pay for my healthcare or at least have some control of the spending. however the in house Anesthesia provider is a bit of a frustration, to be nice. Anesthesia Car By Doctors (owned by?) is a out of network third party provider/billing agency which billed me with no advanced warning at the point of my admission for treatment for $350, no really i said i pay for treatment what is it really going to cost, i said. the representative could not or would not tell me. End of story is bill was for $3250 - 350. then 2593.40 was billed to me. Ins would not pay anything on M-Med until i called. They were billing for entrie 3250.00 amount, which i told Aetna rep. 350.00 was paid and billing me less, to his surprise Just go into this with eyes open please.

The staff is utterly incompetent. They push of work and calls to other people and voicemails never get checked. The staff does not follow up with you and notes, lab work, and diagnosis is completely unorganized. Simple requests for lab work or medical requests go untouched until you follow up multiple times and basically annoy them into doing it. Get a referral to another doctor as his notes are unorganized as well. He called me and gave me advise from old lab works until I pointed out to him the numbers and levels are from old records and not the new blood work I did the week before. Find another doctor, even if you have to drive further for another doctor. My PCP now wants me to get a second opinion because I have conveyed my frustration and confusion to her. I cant stress this enough, avoid the hassel and go to another doctor.

I was referred to his office from Memorial City Emergency Room. I found everything exceeded my expectations. I was able to get in that same morning thanks to the kind receptionist. My experience w/ Dr Jayanty was wonderful. He listened and had a very pleasant manner. The examination was professional and I did not have to wait very long. The assistant ordering the bloodwork, (she liked the color purple), did the paperwork in a timely manner and then the LabCorp was very conveniently located next door. My Experience was all positive and I was in lots of pain.

This is by far one of the worst unprofessional doctor visits experiences I have ever encountered. Another greedy doctor only wanting money out of their customers. My experience here wasnt helpful. I was rushed in and out without a proper consultation from the MD. And Im still being billed for a visit that was not worth it. The office ladies were all completely rude as well. Save yourself the hassle and your hard earned money and do NOT come here. Two thumbs down!!!

Dr. Jayanty has been taking care of my family for awhile. He is an excellent doctor! Both him & his PA are thorough and they spend the time talking with us, we dont hesitate seeing either one. They are both very knowledgable and very kind. His office staff are always respectful of our time and accommodate our needs when they can. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They do not communicate with patient at all when making the appointment. Then on the day of appointment, they called 2 hours beforehand and said that they needed a PCP referral. How hard could it be if they mentioned something when scheduling one for the patient?!
