Absolutely the worst, made an appointment 2 weeks ago with Dr. Tram and was told to show up a specific time and date. Got a call on the weekend verifying and was told the wrong date and time, I called back and was told the original date and time that I had scheduled. Showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was told I was told they have no record of me and then, the front desk lady tried to over talk me and cut me off.. smh.. dont waist your time. Im sure the doctor may be great but the staff is very rude and unorganized!!.

The people at the front desk are terrible. They talk with no respect towards the elderly and had the never to say that everybody make a appointment at this location. How is that I made an appointment at 1am1 and now its 1:30 pm, Im still sitting here. The lady in the front desk had the nerve to say that there nothing else they can do but to wait or leave. I would not recommend this place.

People in the front desk are so terrible! Speaking without any respect to elderly people. We should not come here. The room for patients are so dirty , the nurse is wearing one pair of gloves , she used it for everything without changing
