My wife is Nadias patient and the response from this office is pathetic to say the least. nobody would ever attend your phone call or ever going to call you back no matter what the situation is. every time you try to reach the doctor or doctors nurse, it goes to an automated voice mail saying that calls would be returned in 24 hours. total BS. never got a call from this office ever. i am writing this review after going to this office for about 2 years. dont know why we took this crap for so long. shame on us. would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.

These people will never call you back!!! Its ridiculous!!! They forced me to get new blood work done in order for them to re prescribe my medication, so I had it done, and now they will not return my calls in regards to the lab work to get my prescription refilled! Ive been calling and leaving messages and cant get a response. What a joke of a practice!

It is. Very difficult to get a prescription refilled. 4 occasions in 2 years I have had to go without synthroid. Earful. My pharmacist has told me that they have had a difficult time with this clinic. They do not return calls. So sad. Dr Patel and Shannon are good but being forced to find another physician.

He has been very helpful for my diabetes. I went from barely being being able to walk to now limping across the floor. I made such a big improvement Im am glad for the excellent service and awesome office. He also cured me of Hiv, Malaria,ebola,cancer, and typhoid fever!!!

Ive been with Dr. R. Patel since 1999. This is an exceptional practice with a holistic approach to treating diabetes. I love him and his staff - youd be lucky to be his patient!

Dr.Rakesh Patel is the goodest doctor ever!! he helped with my hormones and diabetes he is an amazing doctor and would recommend to anyone going through puberty

Yes its not easy to actually get the first appointment, but Dr. Patel and his associates are well worth the patience required. AWESOME Doctor, awesome staff!
