I had the absolutely worst experience with Dr Jeffrey Brown. He ordered many tests, and I had to pay $1,500 out of my own pocket for the tests my insurance didnt cover. I have good insurance but perhaps my insurance company could see how ridiculous the tests were. After all that, he incorrectly diagnosed me with Hypothyroid. One of his nurses told me that everyone who comes into their office is diagnosed as Hypothyroid. Of course, thats statistically impossible unless its medical fraud. After months of being on medication that made me miserable, I went to a different doctor who realized during my first visit that I dont have Hypothyroid but instead have something completely different. Save yourself a lot of pain and steer away from this doctor.

Dr. Jeffrey Brown is a brilliant doctor and a very kind person. He is the only one who figured out what was going on with me after years of seeing doctors to who kept prescribing pills that fixed nothing and created more and more health problems. Dr. Brown was extremely thorough, professional and sympathetic to my frustration. His stuff is always professional and very friendly. I trust Dr. Brown so much that after moving out of state I literally fly back to Houston for ongoing treatment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HE IS A TOTAL QUACK, HIS JUDGEMENT, RELIABILITY AND DIAGNOSIS IS VERY VERY QUESTIONABLE. HE JUST SEEMED NOT AT ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HIS BEHAVIOR WAS EXTREMELY WEIRD. IT SEEMS HE JUST MAKES THINGS UP AS HE GOES ALONG. HIS STAFF IS IS VERY VERY RUDE CURT SNIPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU WILL GET TO RESULT OR FINAL DIAGNOSIS HE WILL KEEP RUNNING TESTS INCESSANTLY AND KEEP MAKING FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS WITH NO DIRECTION.

Dr. Brown is the only Dr. that uncovered my problem one year ago after many years of treatment with no results with other doctors. After he is treating me I am a completely different person. I had been depressed for so long and had been treated with depression pills and even with Testosterone when my real problem was in my pituitary gland. Only his thorough research could uncover the real problem. Thank you Dr. Brown!!!

Frankly to Mark Dalton and URVI C, I hope Dr Brown sues your pants off for that slander. You obviously have no clue what goes on with endocrinology. Dr Brown is one of the finest and most knowledgeable in his field. I pity you and your opinion. Let people do their own research and they will see that your claims are bogus. He has saved many lives due to early detection.

I miss this guy! Down to earth, fun to talk to, friendly and even my current doctor speaks highly of him. I was forced to switch insurances and I really, really cant stress how badly Im treated where Im at now. Long wait times, bad staff....Id rather praise my old doc than bad mouth the new one.
