This is NOT a review of Dr. Osuji- who is friendly and competent. This is a review of the Yorktown Crossing Internal Medicine Clinic itself. Truly you are being sent to hell if you have an appointment here. 1. The administrative staff HATE their jobs and it shows in the way they treat the patients and the total disregard for even the minimal attention to people who are waiting to see a doctor. The staff actively ignores everyone in the waiting room. No updates are given and no one ever talks to you once you sign in.Impersonal is the key word here. You are an annoyance to the staff who spends there time watching daytime talk shows on an overly loud TV. 2. Add a MINIMUM of 3 hours to how long you expect to spend there. The shortest wait I ever had was two and a half hours. And that was when I HAD an appointment. Heaven help you if you have an actual emergency and come in with out an appointment. You may have to live there for a week before being seen. 3. The facility is unkempt, rundown and no one seems to care about it. In short, stay away. If you are booked into this facility, RUN the other way and find one of the many excellent facilities in Harris County Health System. There are many to choose from.

Awful, I have been a patient for years. I had a severe side effect with medicine, they dont answer their phones. Got n my car -drove- to the office. Receptionist told me they are busy, only one person working. Told her my problem, she stated she will inform the Dr when she comes in. This was on Tuesday. Still no medicine n they are not answering their phones. Something is very wrong with that office.

So can you say scam artist at its best. Went to get a pap smear and with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and they tried to charge me $101.00. Never in my life have i paid for a pap smear so i leave and call my insurance and they tell me it should have been free. Mind you i noticed the woman before me had to pay $66 vs her normal $10 copay. Do not go!

Staff was unfamiliar with my meds such as coumadin or warfarin. The Dr was nice but would not prescribe my coumadin until after blood work even though I am heart patient and not suppose to ever go without it. Maybe if they make the waiting area a little more inviting, turn down the TV, it wouldnt look so much like a walk in clinic. I do not recommend

I love Dr. Osuji. I have been a patient of hers for years. I went to make an appt for my teenage daughter and they told me she wont see anyone younger that 15. I have never in my life had a doctors office tell me this. While Dr. Osuji is worth the wait, I wont be going back there now.
