I have been going to the PA for over a year and was extremely happy, from the office staff, to the nurses, the friendly atmosphere everything, and especially Nguyen Nguyens professional bed side manor and the way she treated. My insurance changed and I chose to continue seeing her paying cash instead of going to the doctor that my insurance covers. Today was an awful experience. I was treated horribly. First of all, when I called to schedule the appt they did not tell me that the office visit went from $93 to $157. When I got there and questioned it they it they were very unprofessional and rude. It was really not about the money, it was the point. They said they would copy my records so I could elsewhere. I could not believe it. This is the Doctors office that I had chose to stay with over the one. They humiliated me in front of staff and other patients. I would not go or send my worst enemy there. Goes to show that some places are really about the money. When I had PPO insurance I was treated much better.

Just Marvelous

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaun Murphy for some time, and the quality of service has been an extremely positive experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. Dr. Murphy does great follow up, and takes the time to listen as I explain what is occurring with my health. He also is very thorough when it comes to my continued health care, and makes suggestions that I had not thought of in regards to my Diabetes. Dr. Murphy does a wonderful job of keeping track of all my specialists that I visit, and takes these visits into account when I see him.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Addison Internal Medicine and Dr. Murphy. From the time I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly reception staff. I waited only 5 minutes and was then taken to the exam room. The MA was extremely thorough with getting my basic information and vitals. Dr. Murphy asked plenty of questions to get a good background of my history. I didnt feel rushed, which is common with a lot of PCPs. The office environment is comfortable and has a very professional atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ton is great, which is why this is so sad. I tried to schedule online twice when the office cancelled both appointments. I had to call to find out what was going on, and they told me I had a balance and couldnt schedule me until it was taken care of. If you allow online scheduling, how about letting an existing patient arrive to their appointment so they can take care of the balance, which I would have been more than happy to do. Instead of cancelling BOTH appointments on their end. For $150 they lost a patient for life.

Dr. Murphy and his staff exemplify customer service. In the days of Obamacare and factory production line medicine, they show a clear personal interest in servicing their clients. Today, many doctors treat their time as more important than their patients. This is not the case with this office. Everyone is personable and very cognizant of your time. They actually care about both you and your time, a novel concept lost in the past. I recommend them unequivocally and without hesitation!

Dr. Murphy and staff are wonderful. I always receive 5 star service from the time the phone is answered to when I leave the building. Dr. Murphy is knowledgeable and caring. Hes like a wizard when it comes to weight loss techniques. The nurses very smart, caring and return calls the same day. The appointment setters always seem to set me an appointment with a smile. The office is beautiful and has all of the needed technology. Overall, Ive had a great experience with the office.

Dr Murphy is the best doctor I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain conditions and treatments and answer my questions in terms I can understand. I am impressed with his compassion and professionalism. It is obvious he really cares about his patients well-being. It shows in his staff, too. They are friendly and kind and make me feel welcome and cared for at all times. I highly recommend Addison Internal Medicine to my best friends and family.

Dr. Murphy has been my physician for many years. He has maintained the highest level of care and concern for me and my family (he is my sons physician, too) since day one. Very easy to talk to and always ready to answer my questions. He makes you feel very comfortable but he is a straight shooter, telling you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. I would highly recommend to all.

Office manager at this place do not know how to read a insurance card, I would be ashame to work under a airhead blank mind person she wanted me to pay cash because she could not read my card. Air head that is why I have insurance do I want need to pay out cash , because she could not read the card she denied me service...I would not sent anyone to this place rude dont let the lobby fool you

Dr. Ton is the best doctor I have ever seen. Ive never had a doctor actually listen to me and validate how I feel. I have since sent my family and friends to him because I know he cares and has compassion for people. He is a phenomenal doctor and I am at ease in life knowing my husband and I have someone we can trust. Thanks for all you do Dr. Ton.

Theyve got a convenient location and an app that makes it easy to give/receive information. Theyre flexible if you need to reschedule your appointment & everyones really friendly (reception, lab techs, nurses and docs). They provide a comfortable experience, and, this is kind of weird for me to say, but I enjoy my appointments.

Very easy and fast. Just moved from Chicago to Dallas and needed a primary care doctor that would be an easy transition. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend Joseph Murphy- no nonsense and straight forward with patients. Love it.

Great staff. Had a problem with my insurance once with in and out of network stuff and they took care of it right away. Dr Tran is great and can get you in and out pretty quick. Nice for a lunch break visit or during the work day.
