I get appointments quickly,easily,and didnt have to wait more than 7-10 minutes ever in my several trips over the past 2 years. First of all, Dr. Wang is very professional, always dresses super-nice, and attractive. I might add the whole staff male and female is that way too. Im not sure about everyone there but Dr. Wang and her assistant & nurse Michelle are just always very courteous, and take very good care of me. Dr. Wang realized on my first visit I had been way over medicated on one particular blood pressure medicine that would have caused other problems at some point. She has helped me get my asthma in better control than ever. I honestly cannot say enough about her as the entire Methodist Primary Care system works ideal for me. I like having an online account to communicate, and I HATE, HATE, (did I say HATE?) waiting on doctors so Ive never had to do that the entire time Ive been here to years. I refer her to everyone I know that look for doctors in the area. You wont be sorry if you make her your doctor.

Dr wang and team are horrible they never follow through. They never call you with result and I am questioning if she knows anything. I call and call and call to get results to get prior authorization four months later they respond. But just to check if someone has responded to me not to give me an answer. I felt that I should have started seeing Methodist primary care group. because I was going thru somethings and needed answers I thought they would be about to see everything and know about my issues since I was seeing different specialist with Methodist. But I was wrong.

Dr. Wang is great, she listens to what I am saying and gives good advice. She respects my wishes and is thorough. I am giving 1 star because the office manager for the practice has yet to solve an error in coding for my insurance and it has been 8 months. I have called at least 6 times and he has said he would take care of it but the issue still has not been fixed. Now when I call he ignores my messages and I have not heard back from him. He just doesnt seem to care, and because of this I am out $300 for a test that is covered by insurance.

First let me say that Dr. Wang is a good doctor. Her nurse is the rudest nurse Ive ever encountered according to me and others at Methodist Ive spoken to. The office manager doesnt have a clue of whats going on because of the numerous mistakes that have occurred with my scheduling and blood test with no resolution. I have given up and am looking for a new doctor because all theyve done is wasted my time on every visit with their mistakes.

Shes one if the best doctors Ive consulted with! She provides exceptional personal attention I cant even describe it. I have yet to see a doctor that fully pays attention to you and gives you their undivided attention and takes her time out of her busy schedule. Shes absolutely the best.

Dr Wang is the very best. She has helped me bring my blood sugar down, keeps me in check and I feel 200% better since she put me on is curing my diabetes and make me feel great. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great physician who cares about her patients.
