Dont waste your time with this Doctor his office staff is the worse at both rockwall and dallas locations. One makes it to an appt with him you go to your appt and he is on vacation without regards that you have to miss work and no one calls you to let you know this has happened. Then you reschedule and they give you an appt a month later like it is the patients fault. They say they use a 1800 automated number now to remind you and it never calls the patient. They should not be lazy and care more for their patients and not the number of patients the Doctor sees. This doctor starts one on insulin and takes off on vacation instead of talking and caring for his patients to see how they feel or if it is even doing harm to the patient. Since i feel i am dieing a slow death i will leave this Doctor and recommend him to no one. He does not deserve not even a half of star. I am surprised he is still practicing at two locations and still has his license to even be a doctor.

This man should be banned from practicing medicine! 1 star is toooo much. I dont even think hes a real doctor. And im serious when I say that. He took ALL of my money and NEVER helped try to figure out what was wrong with me. I was begging him and crying in his office to help me twice and he wrote on my chart that I was fine! He cost me $700 that I will Never get back and for nothing! I was having major blood suger issues and sent me to the heart doctor next door, who proceeded to tell me it was NOT my heart. It wasnt until I went to another doctor who finally took the time actually look at my blood work and saw that I was having Reactive Hypoglycemia and that I had a stomach infection that could have killed me! This man is a complete joke!! Dont waste your time or money. Trust me. He doesnt give a crap about you!

The doctors are great but the staff, specifically Michelle, the office manager is terrible. We ordered your medicine, oh yeah you sure did, except it had NO DOSAGE or how often. Then she will argue with you just because she doesnt want to admit to a mistake. I have no problem with mistakes but this lady is NUTS. Have to keep going till we find someone else but just because of the staff its a terrible experience. EVERY TIME

Dr Pacheco was very thorough in checking every possible option for me. I simply cant imagine the patient who wrote first review saw the same Doctor I did. He was top-of-the-line in my diagnosis. I highly recommend his services.
