I dont think the other reviewer has stepped foot in that office and is talking out his rear. The office manager Melissa has been there since my wife and I started going and is very friendly with all patients especially us older folks. Although the office has gone through some secondary staff the past year. A buddy of mine tried to become a new patient but arent accepting new patients because they are evidently full. Dr. Roy is supposedly the only Internal Medicine Doctor who accepts Medicare in the area....so this office has no issues keeping a patient base.

Dr. Roy is without a doubt the most caring, compassionate and competent physician I have gone to in many years. The office staff is always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Office Manager and Receptionist show absolutely no compassion for the elderly. Horrible management.
