unethical and dishonest. our elderly mother had trouble with her eyeglasses as she had been struggling with her vision for 3 or 4 months before giving up. so we took her to see her optometrist at baylor college of medicine. the optometrist was surprised that her vision would have deteriorated in a short time, which would not be considered usual. so tests were performed. and they found that the prescription on her eyeglasses was incorrect as her vision remained the same. so we went back to TSO to ask that they correct the prescription on the eyeglasses. however, they insisted that the eyeglass prescription was correct (as the optician had examined the eyeglasses), and that baylor college was wrong. so we went back to baylor college, and the optometrist was not pleased that we doubted her examination results. so they made another round of tests, and said that their prescription was correct. and that TSO did not issue the correct prescription on the eyeglasses. we did not know who or which to believe. baylor college or TSO. so we went to sears optical and gave them the prescription from baylor and the actual eyeglasses made by TSO. guess what sears optical said? the prescription on the eyeglasses was way off - which meant TSO was not honest with us. instead of making amends or corrections, TSO put the blame on baylor college for the error in the prescription. and we wasted our time in going to baylor college for two separate tests as well as sears optical for a 3rd opinion. overall, a very disappointing experience. very poor customer service.

I will never go to this place again! For some reason my glasses were overly priced, and after a few months of wearing them I began noticing stains on one of my lenses that would not come off even after intense cleaning. Come to find out it had to do with their anti-glare coating coming off, which I found out from another optometrist. Over time, the stain got bigger and bigger and started to impair my vision and cause headaches. I called and then showed up to the store where I bought them, and all they seemed to care about was that I was out of warranty by seven days, and that I needed to get another eye exam and buy new glasses. I know it was my fault for not calling earlier but I feel that something could have been done to take care of this problem since it was some kind of defect with their coating.

Had my eye exam a month ago. Bought a pair of glasses and ordered a supply of contacts. Glasses took a week to come in, cool, but something was off about the prescription in one of the lenses. I was told to wear them for a couple days to let my eyes adjust to the prescription but my prescription hadnt changed from the previous year. Didnt bother with it since I wear contacts. They gave me a pair of contacts to wear home until my order came in. Its now time for a new pair and my contacts still arent in. They keep saying it takes 5 - 7 business days and theyll call me. They couldnt even give me an estimated time of delivery when clearly its way past 5 - 7 business days. Last year the service was awesome. This year, not so much. Will not be returning.

Good quality service from Doctors, I went in through my fathers recommendations, and was taken care of, I told them I would not be able to pay for the higher end test to check for scarring or blotting in my eyes, they seemed ok with that and said it was a new item and not everyone would want it, after which my only complaint would be that the doctors are not in the know on what my insurance covers so I tried on a new pair of contacts and then went to check out and was told that I would only be able to get a 3 months supplies as my contacts are not covered by my full insurance. Other then that everyone was great, treated me respectfully and was very kind, nothing was rushed

I expected more. My first visit was on New Years Eve, which I completely understand, all you want to do is go home. The point is they didnt have time to do my fitting, so I had to schedule another appointment. Okay, fine with me. First appointment was good. Fast, in and out. Second visit was the worst, I waited an hour and a half for a freaking fitting. I seriously think they should consider hiring more eye doctors. The waiting was just ridiculous, and the most upsetting part was that I had to pay 88 dollars for my freaking fitting! I have awesome insurance, just didnt seem right.

I had appointments for my husband and I at 9 and 9:15. The system was down. We were asked to fill out the paperwork and have a seat. We did. We were the first appointments of the day. They examined someone else before us. 45 minutes later I asked if we should reschedule. They told me yes because their system was down and they had to do everything manually. I have also asked for the corporate office to contact me. No response. Ive been going to this location for 4 years, but will not go again. The new staff is awful.

The wait here wasnt so bad, and the lady that did the basics to my eyes at the very beginning was very sweet. However, when I saw Dr. Underwood the visit was super fast and once I turned down all the over-price stuff I felt the staffs mood change. Almost as if they didnt want to even deal with me anymore because I didnt want to pay extra for things I really didnt need. I felt uncomfortable here and it wasnt that great of an experience. They want people who are going to spend lots of money in there.

Dr. Underwood has seen me for several years. Once my cataracts were at a stage for replacement we discussed my options. He referred me to a surgeon. Having worn glasses since I was eight I was eager for any help I could get. I am amazed how the simple surgery and insertion of new lenses has changed my life and how I see the world now without any correction. What a great team.

Hate this company! I thought Pearl Vision was bad but just wait until you make an appointment here. I would stay far far away. Reasons why I hate this place: slow, incompetent workers, bad customer service, doctors dont care to get your prescription correct, suggest over priced products for EVERYTHING, and just down right ugly (inside and out) people.

Dr Underwood was great! I tried on just about every pair of glasses in the store and the staff was happy to help and give advice. They didnt pressure me to buy name brand glasses. My glasses came in about 9 business days after purchase, 13 total due to a holiday weekend. Overall very reasonable and thorough

They take toooo long to get product in. I was without glasses for over a month and when they came in they were wrong. Also some of the workers are untrained and tell you incorrect information. I will never use TSO again!!
