I visited the offices in October 2016. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 45 years and have to say it was one of the worst eye care visits I have ever had. The staff was friendly enough, but Dr. Patel was very rude. I wanted to try a different type of contact after my initial examine and unfortunately heard the Dr. outside the exam room tell the assistant that she was not happy I changed my mind. I called again today to gather a bit of information so I could go to another optometrist,because my vision is not correct and has not been since my visit, and the assistant refused to help me. I understand her reason for not giving me the information, but the rudeness of the Dr. must have rubbed off. Just fair warning before you visit.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Cy Fair Vision Care! Im giving them a 5 out of 5 stars for the following reasons. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in the door. Dr. Kaufmans assistant was sweet and thorough when she asked me questions. Dr. Kaufman was kind and professional and really seemed to care about making sure my vision needs were met. I left there smiling and seeing more clearly than I have in a while :-)

I just went there today, and although the treatment was fine. I was shocked to find out when it came time to check out, they, without asking me, gave me a contact lense exam. Charging me $33 which I never asked them to do or was even told they were doing it. I felt they were sneaky and underhanded with their charging policies and had a hidden agenda to get into my wallet. I will never go there again because of this theft.

Last year I had to find a different eye doc due to changes in my insurance, and for some reason they told me a no longer needed a prescription for it....Well, now Im back and feel so much better about CyFair Vision Cares services. My concerns about my vision and troubles I was having with my contacts were addressed. Im confident of the changes that were made to correct the problems.

Wow!! I am in love with this office. The staff were so welcoming compared to my old dentist office staff. OMG the lady that helped me find my glasses, is such an sweet country bumpkin. What I love most and recommend to get more of are massage chair. What a smart move. I know its not an resturant but I shouldve tip them form their housepitality.

Recommended by a family member, and now I go here. I really like this lady as she is just friendly, unpretenious, and helpful! The staff is great. No complaints about the place at all. Recommend you try it if looking for a good eye dr.

came in because my son accidentally broke my maui jim sunglasses. They corrected for me on the spot. Staff was incredibly friendly too! If i needed eye-care i would definitely choose them.

Dr. Patel is wonderful. She is friendly and professional. She is very thorough with her exam. The staffs are nice and courteous. Office is clean and organized.
