What a losers bad customer service a girl name Lily answers the phone she has no clue what l am talking about the problem been with them for so long for yearly check up got four kids she told me cant have an appointment till first week of June about 23 days away when l asked if I can get appointment she stated that l have to be in a waiting list then they will let me know when so l ask to talk to supervisor she said no body but her in the office what about doctors she said l have to leave a massage with her then they return back with me all over they a glass shop they make their money from overcharged and double charge insurance so folks dont get fooled by them bad business to be in our community so watch out guess what l called the Walmart they got me in tomorrow l will never go back a gain have a good night lili

I have given these people so many chances. The staff seem to have no clue how to handle patients! They never remind me of appointments. They dont call when my contacts came in. they overcharged me because they forgot to include my insurance coverage. Contacts for each eye come in separately and take 2 weeks or more for each! The only thing the doctor has ever told me is do you have any questions? Really? Shouldnt you have questions for me?? This is just a horrible place. Looks nice but they have horrible service. Dont got here. Ever.

I called to make an appointment and when she asked for my insurance and found out it was medicaid she said she is not taking new patients at this time. but when i told her that I am willing to pay cash she accepted with less than heart beat. this place only cares about money. and the girl that answered the phone lilly is very rude and does not care about anyone. i think she is married to the owner or something. people stay away feom money hungry businesses. i would never recommend anyone to your place of business.

Very rude. I had a bad feeling when I walked in there. Lily at the reception is not helpful and shes mean. Other receptionists are nicer. Being honest. The doctor was not caring. Hes just seems to be unaware of his surroundings. Overall, Im not going back ever again once I get my contacts. Which I have to get here because the receptionist straight up lied about my insurance benefits. Please Look at other reviews on Yelp and here for mention of this same receptionist as rude and unhelpful.

The doctor was great. Really helped me make an informed decision when debating between glasses and contacts. And everyone is friendly. But was not impressed with the level of help when being fitted for glasses or choosing frames. And their selection of frames seemed small to me. Not a lot of choices for what I was looking for. I would say this is more 3 1/2 stars. I will gladly see this doctor again, but I might take the prescription elsewhere for more choices.

The doctor was great with my daughter and even answered a question for me when I was really there for my daughter. She took a look at my eyes and determined the irritation in my eyes was due to bad seasonal allergies and she prescribed something that really worked. The staff is very helpful and professional and I had no issues with insurance or copays. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go here.

Ive been to so many Optometrists in Houston. Im very lucky to have found Advances in Vision...No place is perfect..But, the Doctor here is first rate..Her Father was also an Optometrist..Lots of History in the family which makes for a first rate exam. I would be less concerend with glasses and Insurance issues which every store will have at some point and more focused on whos taken care of my eyes.

I was looking for a new doctor and decided to try here because it was close by. I am so glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I never know what glasses look good and they did a fantastic job helping me choose. This is the first time Ive actually gotten compliments on my glasses! The doctor was great too, explained everything!

I came here because they are very close to me. The doctor and staff were so nice! Very thorough eye exam. I was hoping I didnt need glasses, but it turns out that I do which Im okay with because they helped me find a really cute pair! I cant wait to start wearing them! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Im SUPER blind and the optometrists at Advances in Vision took their time making sure that I got the best prescription for contacts while keeping me as comfortable as possible. The staff and doctors are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you have a difficult prescription.

This a a very nice practice. Ive been coming here for a few years. One of the best optometrist offices. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of their work and duties. Dr. Quintero is very kind and cares for her patients. Book an appointment! They wont disappoint.

Horrible service & wrong prescription was given! Dont waste your time or money at this eye center. We will definitely not return, ever! Not refer anyone else there. The Dr. doesnt return calls, the staff is not responsive either.
