This was by far the worse experience ever. I received a prescription for contacts. I could see but not as good as I should as I am a first time contact wearer. I thought it would take my eyes time to adjust. Well that never happen. I called to make a follow up appointment. They did another eye exam. WELL GUESS WHAT.....2 DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTIONS SO IM STUCK PAYING FOR THE CORRECT PAIR OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE. I wouldnt need a follow up if the exam was preformed correct the first time. I also told her that my last doctor said i had an astigmatism and she said I didnt. Needless to say everything has a freaking glare. Do not go to these people. They fcuk you with a smiling face. At the end of the day it cost me more money and time dealing with these people. I wouldnt refer my dog there. STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME.

I was extremely nervous to get my eyes checked because it had been since college which was over 10 years ago. A friend recommended me to see Dr. Nancy Heine and I am so glad she did! Dr. Heine and her Lakeside Eye Associates staff were great! Dr. Heine did a thorough eye exam and took her time to explain all the different tests and answered the many questions I had. This past summer I was having eye issues due to a concussion and Dr. Heine worked me in last minute and saw me right away which was really awesome. I have recommend Dr. Nancy Heine to my friends and they have switched to her as their permanent optometrist. If you are in need of an optometrist than I totally recommend Dr. Nancy Heine and Lakeside Eye Associates!
