I came here with my husband for our annual eye exam and we selected some new frames. I picked this place because they provide Zeiss lenses, location was convenient and parking was easy. I really liked how the appointment started right on time and Christina (Kristina?) was so friendly and efficient at performing those tests they do before you see the doctor. She was even able to distract my husband enough so that she got that puff of air in his eye on the first try (normally it takes him at least 10 tries to get that test completed). She also helped us pick out glasses after our exam and was really helpful finding frames that would fit and stay on my flat face. I liked how she didnt push us to buy anything unnecessary like some other places might. For our exam we met with Dr. Pham and he was really nice and I felt like he explained everything about our exam and the health of our eyes clearly and concisely. I felt like everything about the exam was very efficient (which I like) but at the same time we werent rushed and Dr. Pham would make sure we had the chance to ask any questions. As long as we dont move far away well definitely be back here next year (or sooner if something happens to my new glasses). .

Tried to charge me $75 for a "contact consultation" when all the doctor did was hand me a pair of contacts that I already wear. He did nothing to see if they fit properly, if they were the correct size, how they felt, etc...none of that. When I said I wont pay for the consultation, they declined to give me a prescription for contacts. I called my old eye clinic in MN and they said theyve never heard of the prescription being tied to a consultation. I would recommend going elsewhere...where they dont hold your prescription hostage unless you pay bogus charges. Update: I changed my rating from one star to three stars. After I called the office and asked to talk to the doctor about the situation, they agreed to give me a complete refund and cancel the claim with my insurance so I can go elsewhere to get an exam and a prescription. This was their suggestion not mine. Because of that I updated my rating due to the fact they were willing to work with me to find a solution.

HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ. FROM WHAT I SEE TO CUSTOMERS THEY TREAT THEM WELL FACE TO FACE... BUT DO NOT EVER TRY TO WORK THERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! 1) ON THEIR PHONES ALL DAY 2) THEY CALL KIDS RETARDED WHEN PARENTS ARENT AROUND 3) BROUGHT NEGATIVITY THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WORK INTO THE ROOM 4) HORRIBLE TRAINING 5) NOT HELPFUL AT ALL EXCEPT FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL NAMED KATHERINE (BTW MANAGER ANGELA IS RUDE AS CAN BE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORES YOU LIKE IF YOURE NOT EVEN IN THE ROOM) 6)YOU WILL HAVE TO LEARN JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ALONE WITH NO HELP 7) apparently you can get fired for giving "bad energy" to an office yet bring all your divorce issues and unnecessary comments about kids to the office and its ok. if I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I was looking for an optometrist I found this place. I went and got my eye exam, was good. So far, I was happy. Got my glasses (they are a little overpriced) but I got them anyway. When the glasses were ready to pick up, I drove quite a distance to get there on time. When I saw the "new" frames there were scratched! I asked the sales person Cristina if the frame was the one on display. She was mumbling and couldnt get what she said. So I asked her to get me a new frame which is what I had paid for. I hope they will honor my request. I am disappointed because I thought this eye center was honest since they are located in Town and Country area.

I stopped in last Friday to buy eyeglasses. I had honestly been putting it off and dreading it. I thought it would take a long time to pick out glasses and I havent bought any in years. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The employee (Kristin?) even helped me debate between a few pairs then showed me a Kate Spade pair to try on which we both liked best. Then, she quickly explained the different lens options and their costs. She offered me a discount since I didnt have vision insurance. The entire time was less than 45 minutes since she helped me find a cute pair. I was very pleased with my walk in experience!

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Abby Henderson who provided incredibly effective vision therapy to my child this summer. She achieved amazing results in exactly the time period she predicted. My once reading-recalicent child is now a voracious reader, easily able to tackle middle school assignments. I would recommend anyone who wants to learn more about Vision Therapy to see Dr. Henderson. She treated us at both the Eye Site Memorial and Eye Site Katy locations. Staff at both are all friendly and professional, and the facilities are all new and really nice. Always able to get appointments really quickly.

Ive worn glasses since I was in 2nd grade and this last year I got LASIK. Since I moved far away from my last vision place, I needed to find a new optometrist. A search on ZocDoc led me to Eye Site, and I am so glad it did! Originally, I had an appointment with Dr. Harrison, but with the crazy rains and floods I ended up with another optometrist - I cant remember her name. She was absolutely wonderful. Very personable, answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. I cant recall a more thorough examination ever being done. All the staff was very cordial and helpful. Thanks guys!!!

First time here and I was a bit sad at first because I had to change from my almost 10 year optometrist to another one and luckily I found this awesome place and I felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Staff is amazing and so are the doctors, they tend to everything you need. Im so happy to know that this is where I will be coming to from now on. I typically hate going to the doctor but now I feel like I will always be excited to come here and see all these people that are clearly happy with what they do here at Eye Site. :)

Ive been going to Eye Sight Memorial for 5 years now. Just had my third appt with them. Always a charm. They take the time to get to know me, make sure my vision is proper and my eyes are healthy, and best of all, they help find a cool pair or two of glasses for me. As a mid 40s guy and single, their ability to fit me into some fashionable glasses and taking the time to answer my questions and trying on a bunch to find the perfect ones...they go above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team over there.

Im beyond pleased with my visit with Dr. Phams office. The staff was very welcoming, especially Dr. Pham. I will highly recommend Dr. Pham to anyone who needs a ophthalmologist. Dr. Pham was incredible. He was very kind, energetic, and thorough. He treated me like an human being, and he really listened to what I had to say. He was really patient,and he explained the complexities of the scans, the numbers, and even made recommendations. The staff was great as well, they knew their stuff.
