I had an appointment with Dr. Pool recently and I had a HORRIBLE experience. Not because of him or the majority of his staff but because of one person. MAMIE... she was totally unprofessional, rude to me and everyone else I saw that she had contact with, and extremely belittling. Im not really sure why she felt like she had to demonstrate how to be the worst customer service person ever! Dr. Pool and his staff were absolutely amazing and I feel bad that they have to be associated with her! The only light at the end of the tunnel would be that she has one day off and I would highly recommend that everyone makes their appointment on that day!!! I have never been as hurt or felt as bad as when I had to deal with her!

I have been going to Dr.Pool over 20 years. He has stitched me up, treated my illnesses, and given me advice, all along the way. He enjoys his work and is always there. His staff is awesome. They all know just what to do and they listen to you. If you have a problem, Dr. Pool will find it and dont expect sugar coating. He always tells you like it is..
